Apartment holiday rentals in Old Quebec, La Cité-Limoilou

Petit appart super mignon, propre et bien situé! La rue est bruyante la nuit mais faut s’y attendre puisqu’il y a plusieurs bars sur les rues avoisinantes mais que du positif à dire sur l’appartement!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la ville de Québec ! L'emplacement était génial et tout ce que vous voulez visiter dans le Vieux-Québec est accessible à pied. L'appartement était très confortable et très bien équipé. Le grand + une place de stationnement comprise dans un parking souterrain à proximité! Merci pour ce super séjour !

Francois condo was perfect for us! We loved the modern and minimal design. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped with all necessary amenities. Comfortable bed and we appreciated the AC. Thank you Francois!

The perfect home base for our explorations of the Old City. Vibrant city neighborhood where both the Lower City and Upper City were easily reached. Parked our car 2 blocks away in a garage and left it there. Easy walk to the loft. Comfy apartment with a fully appointed kitchen saved us some $ eating in. Earlier reviews about bathroom privacy were not issues for us. We loved the funky spaciousness. Felt very secure in the building and out in the street. Tall folks, watch your head on the spiral staircase. 😀 Memorable stay in a memorable place.

Stéphane's place provided with a nice, quiet and fully equiped and modern studio. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend.

Marie was very helpful and friendly! Their place was very clean and nice, equipped with almost all you might need :) The only downside was the road next to the apartment was not easy to navigate (I would argue that this is the culture of Quebec City, so nothing to blame honestly). If you will be driving, Marie’s place provides great parking option, I was so content with the underground garage parking! Besides, Marie was responsive and helpful, they promptly offered response to my question about the sofa bed. Thank you for your service:D Lots of restaurants nearby, great scene from the apartment:) we were also able to walk to the old Quebec and so many more tourist attractions. All in all, I highly recommend staying at their apartment!

Melanie place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Nice neighborhood with easy access to old Quebec City all while having the convenience of nice cafes, restaurants and parks closer to home. Great location for walkers or cyclist.

We loved our stay in Quebec City & loved our stay at Jonathan and Stephanie’s place! It was exactly as described from the pictures. Love the tall Ceilings! The house was close to many spots & our fav cafe was Jina cafe which was close by. Also, a grocery store that is walking distance that’s so convient! We will def want to stay here again when we come back to the magical Quebec City!

We had a great time at Xaviers appartement. The communication with Xavier was simple. He gave some streets were you could park your car there and made our search easier. We had no issue with the parking, found spots near the appartement so that was great! Xavier had some great recommendation for around the appartemnt. With this location you're about 30min walking distance away from the old Town, but there are public transportation that you can use. Overall we had a great time there and would recommend it!

Très beau petit condo , très convivial et bien décoré, super tranquille à l’intérieur , la rue est très passante, cela reste un boulevard mais il y a la climatisation et c’est super pour vivre la vie urbaine (proximité des commerces, etc.). La piscine n’était pas encore prête mais la terrasse au toit est géniale!!un gros merci!!!

We have stayed in Quebec City in winter a few times before and this was our favorite stay. The location can’t be beat, it is walkable to everything in Old Quebec. Simo was just the nicest person and very responsive. He owns a sushi restaurant next door and brought us some upon check in - I can report that it was delicious! The space itself is very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The included garage parking spot was a big perk!! The garage is just behind the building and easily accessible with a key card that is provided.

We had a great stay at Frederic’s place! We stayed for two nights while visiting Quebec and we loved the location. There are quite a few hills in Quebec, so we just ended up ubering for the most part which was not a problem for us. The condo was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is colourful but is close to Rue Saint Joseph that has a few options for coffee and dining. If you enjoy walking, this place is a fairly easy trek to get to Gare de Palais (main train station) and to the Old City. Jérémy is a very responsive host and was able to accommodate an early check-in.

Petits Airbnb mignon et chaleureux, parfait pour un couple qui souhaite une petite escapade d’une fin de semaine. Très propre et proche de tout ce dont le Vieux Québec à à offrir. À 20-30 minutes de marche de pas mal tout!

A great place to stay for a few days. Isabelle’s instructions were clear and she responded very quickly. Easy self-check in. The studio is lovely, very clean, and has everything you’ll need for a few days. The best part was how quiet it was. I never heard a sound. The bed was very comfortable, too. Only 20 mins walk to Old Town, train station and a nice park. Throughly recommend.

Week-end parfait Emplacement parfait pour profiter du vieux Québec. Le condo est bien équipé, super propre avec toute les commodités qu’on retrouve à la maison. Nous avons une belle terrasse a l’arrière, super tranquille. J’envisage d’y retourner et je recommande à tous

Lovely and cozy abode in Beauport with a grocery store, two pharmacies nearby and some local cafes. Loved the charming and relaxing decor style!

Condo propre, endroit tranquille, description de l’annonce était identique à ce que nous avons loué. Notre séjour c est très bien passé.

Super séjour c’est vraiment merveilleux juste une petite bémol je wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien mais avec la vue et l’endroit qui etait merveilleux notre séjour a été à la hauteur de nos attentes merci

Super endroit malgré une réservation tardive Eric à su me répondre rapidement car j’étais en visite à Québec pour venir voir amis et famille sa rend vraiment les choses simple et pour pouvoir décrocher de la routine le spas était de mise. J’y séjournerais pour mes prochaines vacances!!!

Place is so quiet, beautiful and has all amenities. Nadia is a wonderful host!! She is responsive even late night and she makes sure you get what you need

The house was very clean, smells clean, and lots of extra touches that you’d not usually see in an airbnb. The view into the woods is a great plus- and the skylight as well. Bright space and good location. It’s easily one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve ever rented. It’s reasonably priced as well.
