Relax in this peaceful location. Hemingbrough is a small village with easy access to York, Leeds and Hull. The village has a pub which is within easy walking distance as well as local shops. There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area.

The Little House

Set in the Yorkshire countryside is our newly renovated Little House. Once an Edwardian carriage house and hayloft, the space offers the perfect location to explore Yorkshire. Comprised of one bedroom sleeping up to three guests, and a sofa bed in the living area, the home can accommodate up to four guests. Located in the pretty village of Rawcliffe, local amenities include a popular restaurant, village shop, local pub, and two takeaways. Off road parking and small private patio are available.

Private and self-contained, the barn offers luxurious, modern accommodation with a large outside space and impressive views of the nearby medieval church. Living area with comfortable seating & TV. Bedroom has a king size bed, space for single bed (upon request) and space for a cot (cots not provided). Bathroom with walk in shower & separate bath. The cottage is ideal for couples, business travellers, families with one child and dogs. The village has a great pub with delicious home cooked food and a cosy open fire. Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.
