Endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors with Skis or Snow shoes with trips from Sea to Summit, a simple hike in the small forrest behind the cabin or just relax and be present. Steep and narrow stairs to the attic.Access to nature for walks in the summer and skiing in the winter. Great conditions for northern lights. 10 minutes walk to the university and 15 minutes to the city center where among other things the shopping are.

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Perfectly situated for day trips around the area. :)

It is 17 kilometers from Alta city and perfect for scout for the northern lights, no "light pollution". Possible to rent Snowshoes, cross-country skis (has a limited selection) kicks and toboggan.
