House holiday rentals in Okinawa

The room is tidy and clean, and there is a kitchen for the guests to cook their own meals.

Very lovely home, brand new appliances, comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom/shower, but the only disappointing thing was the lack of cleanliness of the air conditioner vents and the master bedroom did not get very cool despite it being on full blast and not too hot outside (mid-November). I submitted pictures of the extremely dusty vents to the landlord so hopefully they clean it and then the place would be perfect. Very quiet with lots of grave sites all along the street.

Even though a bit hidden it was a great place to stay! The stay was very clean and well equipped. Host was very communicative and helped assist in check in and offering recommendations.

Beautiful place! A luxury stay in rural Okinawa. Very quiet and surrounded by nature. Definitely best to have a car or preplanned taxi/Ubers to access the place as public transport isn't super reliable. Host was a great communicator and we adored the sweet gifts that appeared at our door. Would stay longer if we could!

Wonderful accommodations that are within walking distance of several quaint eateries and cafes. Nice private pool with a great ocean view. Nice!!

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Felt like a home away from home. Chikako is a fantastic host. She met us at check in and also came early in the morning at checkout so we could use the internal lift to transport our luggage. She also had helpful local recommendations. The izakaya restaurant just across the street is fantastic, we went back there a 2nd time as the food was so good! Would highly recommend Chikako’s accomodation!

It's quiet and private. There are also lizards, so there's something to see. I went by car, and the grocery store was close, and most of all, I spent a quiet time healing.

It was a great accommodation for a large family of 11. I liked that there were two bathrooms, and there were two beds in each of the three rooms, so I was able to sleep comfortably. And it was so nice to have a grocery store, convenience store, sushi restaurant, etc. within a 5-minute walk.

It was so nice to feel the nature I wanted to show my child, such as the sound of grass bugs and lizards that you can't see well in the city from this place nestled in the forest!! It is also well-equipped with medications that can be used in case of emergency, so it is useful. I used it and it was a shame to stay only one day ~ ~!!😊

It's as neat and cute as the pictures show. It was really cleanly maintained like Sajing, and the host was kind, so I had a good time. There are a few lack of restaurants nearby, but it wasn't a problem since I rented it.

There was a BBQ set, and you can walk to the beach, and I had a very comfortable time.The host was also very quick to respond and very polite.We look forward to hosting you again!

I want to thank Megumi-san for letting us stay at their home and the friendliness she has provided us. The home was very cosy and relaxing and we wish we could have stayed longer. The shrine in the living room was very beautiful and welcomed us with open arms. It was my favorite part of the whole place. Thank you once again for everything. I will certainly recommend this place to friends,family and other people that are considering staying at this home. I hope to return in the future.

The place was really pretty, clean, and neat! And most of all, the two host couples are very welcoming and really kind. If you have a barbecue🤗 at night and chat while watching the stars, it's a paradise on earth. The best!! And the cats in the accommodation are so cute and follow people well.💓 And I told them because it was my mom's birthday, and they made me a bouquet of flowers. I was so touched... This is an accommodation I definitely want to visit again the next time I go to Okinawa.🌸

The pictures don’t do this place justice. We were pleasantly surprised by how well thought out the space was. Everything from the plants to the bathroom has been put together with intention. We were provided with high quality lotions/shampoo/body oils/washes that made this place feel like a spa ! It was a peaceful place to be in and is about a 10 minute walk from the beach. This is a must stay and we will definitely be back here again ! If you’re hesitant to book, don’t be, just do it :)

A M A Z I N G place! I don't even know if I can find the right words to describe this beautiful place,accommodation and the hosts. Masaki and Yuki were always very responsive and friendly - helped us with everything we needed. Their place is truly out of this world - the amenities, the small details in the house, all the surroundings, the patio area, the big kitchen and all the stuff they have left there for us to use (for our cooking etc.) - we loved everything. Also, a great gesture, that they have welcomed us with beverages and food for the next morning (we arrived late at night). I would definitely come back and stay at their place again, in case I would come to Okinawa. Thank you so much for everything, you have made our stay unforgottable!

Very nice stay. Few activities around the house. The beach within walking distance is not very pretty but Mirabu is beautiful.

Great base for exploring Okinawa if you have a car. Very friendly reception from the hosts. Close to restaurants, Lawsons (10 minute walk), and an easy drive to the various nice beaches on the Onna coast. The garden is very pleasant and our kids enjoyed playing in it.

The best Airbnb host we’ve had in over 10 years of traveling! Mari was an exceptional host—efficient, incredibly kind, and went far beyond expectations. She helped arrange transportation to and from the property, assisted with car and bike rentals, and even included a car for free as part of the stay. She welcomed us with delicious local crackers. Her guidebook was packed with helpful info, and her recommendations for food and sightseeing were all spot-on. The property was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped—even with snorkeling gear and paddle boards. It’s in a perfect location: just a 5-minute walk to a beautiful beach with unforgettable sunsets, great restaurants, and markets nearby. We absolutely loved Okinawa, and Mari and her team made our stay truly memorable.

Perfect location to stay around northern Okinawa! Highly recommended! Quiet and peaceful, and the airbnb is really clean.

It's far from downtown, but it's still not a big problem for those who use a rental car ~ The towels and linens were all clean, and even though there were 4 people tied up, the price was reasonable. Miyakojima was expensive for eating out, so I often ate at the accommodation, but I was satisfied that it was well-equipped with tableware, and the best thing was that I could see the stars well at night. There was Waiwai Beach nearby, so it was nice to go swimming! This is an accommodation I'd like to stay again next time I go to Miyakojima It's really pretty and nice❤️
