The sweetest man you'll meet in Okeechobee! Our family had a great time, Marcos was very welcoming, happy to spend time with us, showed the kids the nursery, the animals, taught them how to ride a horse. The animals are extremely friendly, love eating, we enjoyed feeding them carrots, apples and the food Marcos gave us to feed them. The kitties came in and out of the house, spent time with us leisurely, we enjoyed the golf course, and watching Marcos travel back and forth in his little airplane. All in a tranquil, very clean, and friendly environment!

What a delightful retreat this place is! Due to a last minute cancellation on the AirBNB we had rented, we were afraid we would not find something suitable. Imagine our surprise when we were able to book the same day, have it be an even better place and the host was so friendly and helpful to boot. Everything about the property and house is top notch. Highly recommend this for a couple or your whole group!

Perfect stop for my one night stay, the host Mel was so nice, the place was spotless and as see in the pictures , it is so peaceful at night, surprisingly no bugs or mosquitoes 10/10 I would definitely recommend!

Really can not say enough about how wonderful the home was. I did not need to cook but everything you could need was in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable, hot water lasted, easy check in/out. Clear instructions. Beautiful and well maintained.

This was a quiet, peaceful stay! The kitchen is “tiny but mighty!” Surprisingly, it had everything I needed to cook meals each night! Jon’s place is located right on the water, with a very peaceful area to sit out back. There’s a washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable. The space was impeccably cleaned. He was very communicative, polite, and available. I hope to stay again in the future!

Everything was as described here and perfect for a fishing getaway with a couple of friends. The host was communicative and handled anything that we had to address I would highly recommend.

We spent a weekend at Jessica’s place, it was located perfectly for us to fish on Lake Okeechobee, the house was very comfortable, and quiet. Never had worry about our boat or fishing tackle left outside. Would definitely stay at Jessica’s again.
