Absolutely fantastic location. Super walkable to so many great places. We’ve had issues with both water pressure & temperature in previous CDMX visits, but neither were a problem at all here which was very nice. Two very nice bathrooms & an excellent kitchen. Super quiet street at night, we slept with our door/window open & had zero issue with any noise. Would highly recommend Ale’s place to anyone.

Our stay in the apartment exceeded expectations. The location is unbeatable with a metro station practically in front; the cleanliness and order with which we found it were impeccable; everything in the apartment worked very well; Marcela was always attentive to our arrival and was very kind and flexible in terms of arrival and departure time; the instructions to locate the place were clear and accurate; I recommend it 100% and I would definitely stay again.

We were delighted with the house super comfortable, Super location, Unique detail does not have fans the house is cool but for hot people if fans would be needed!

From before arrival they contacted me, for the delivery of the keys and to show me the operation of the equipment in the house. They explained to me about the availability of all the services and gave me information about the area.

We love staying here! It’s such a cool & fun space and you can tell it was thoughtfully curated. Very clean too. Check in was a lil tricky with the keypad but Gina was on it and very responsive and helpful! The location is also bomb with lots of walkable bars and restaurants that were on my list to explore. Would deffs stay here again. I got a lot of inspiration from this place too. Thank you for the memories <3

It is a functional and comfortable condo. Very quiet building and street during my stay. Good location with many nearby interesting spots. Very easy communication with a very responsive host.

A very quiet place and easy to locate, I recommend for up to 6 guests contemplate that 2 of the 3 rooms share bathroom and they are very small, unfortunately my mom hit her forehead with a small table when pulling clothes out of the closet because of how fair the corridor is between the bed and this (so we recommend having a small kitten). It had all the amenities and is very close to the center, the super fast entry, the vigilantes and Paty super attentive at all times, super point that has an oxxo and Walmart in case you can walk. We felt very comfortable and safe at all times.

Would absolutely recommend Judit's place. You are situated perfectly in Roma Norta, within walking distance to Hippodrome, Condesa, Chapultepec Park, and if you are really into walking, Polanco. We fell in love with Hippodrome and walked there every single day. The apartment is as pictured. Judit has lovingly restored a beautiful older building with lots of charm and character. It's sleek, modern, and has everything could want - including iron and washer and dryer just outside of the front door. Some have mentioned road noise, and it is located on a Main Street - but think of it like NYC. It's the same. No noise at night. Bedroom is quiet and peaceful. Hot water was no issue (as some have mentioned) just follow Judits instructions. Also - there is a great locker system if you arrive too early. Judit has thought of everything. And finally, she is one of the best hosts I have ever worked with. She is kind, understanding, and quick to respond. Would book again in a heartbeat.

I genuinely loved staying at Art’s place. It is such a lovely home and the location could not be better. You could honestly spend an entire week just walking around Condesa and have a lovely time. The home is very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having coffee and pastries next door at Freims in the morning. It’s within walking distance to Chapultepec park and there are so many things to do. The security team is always there to let you in and they are very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !
