It’s a good place to stay The only draw back is the construction noise at 7 am 2 doors down

The neighborhood can’t be beat. We didn’t have to use the car except for a run to the grocery store and walked to the beach, harbor, pier, Funk Zone and State street with ease. Beautiful apartment and surrounding areas. We had Internet issues and Haller was quick to respond and resolve. Beds were comfy and excellent shower. We especially loved the beach wagon and kids books/games. It’s an older place, so noise travels easily, but neighbors were quiet. Highly recommend and we plan on staying here again.

Loved our stay at Haller Coastal’s villa 5. It was only blocks away from downtown Santa Barbara (State Street). The villa was perfect for our family for a quick weekend getaway.

My mom and I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Very peaceful surroundings. We did arrive later than anticipated so it was quite dark when we pulled in. I had a hard time finding the studio but I messaged/texted Camille and she immediately got back to me. She guided me and stayed on the phone until we go there. Bed was comfortable and we even slept in a bit. Which we both were in need of. Thank you Camille for sharing your home with us.

I can only echo what so many other reviewers have already said—this place is exactly as described. Camille is a fantastic communicator. I’m notoriously bad with directions, so I was a little worried about finding the property—especially since it’s secluded and located on a private, gated road. But Camille’s directions were incredibly detailed and easy to follow. I didn’t make a single wrong turn (a rare win for me). The house itself is clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully maintained. One of the highlights was that our three-year-old son got to see a star-filled night sky for the first time—something we don’t get to experience living in Los Angeles. Although the property feels remote, it’s just a short drive to both Ojai and Santa Paula. The road to either town is scenic and peaceful, making the 20-minute drive feel like part of the experience. Will gladly come back again!

Wonderful location, wonderful property, beautiful home! There's a great view if you walk out all the way thru the back yard and my friends loved sitting in that spot at night. The listing did say it included oil for cooking (it didn't) so we had to doordash some for our planned meals. And same with bodywash that was missing. Otherwse, perfectly described.

I stayed at Audrey's Airbnb for 3 days and had a perfect experience! Audrey was kind, responsive, and provided clear instructions. The house is located in a quiet LA neighborhood and has a relaxing yard with trees and two cozy chairs. The house had three spotless upstairs rooms with ample natural light, including a master bedroom with a large bathroom and closet stocked with towels and linens. Two additional bathrooms, one with a large mirror and bathtub, were equally pristine. The kitchen was immaculate, equipped with cutlery, utensils, coffee machines, mugs, plates, spices, oil, and much more. The living room and master bedroom each had large TVs with various channels. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will book this wonderful place again on my next LA visit!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location was perfect—within walking distance to downtown Santa Barbara, making it super easy to explore the area. The villa was even cleaner and nicer than the photos, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were also able to bring our French Bulldog, which made the stay even better. We truly loved our time here and would definitely recommend it!

My family needed a place nearby to UCLA to attend a special graduation. Bobby’s place was a perfect fit. It was nice to discover major shopping within 10 minutes, and this proved very handy and made it feel like we were at home. The house is ideal for hosting, with a tropical and inviting pool area. Walking it, it felt welcoming. The kitchen was spotless and the cleanliness throughout was evident and appreciated. We were very happy and touched by the friendly neighbor who noticed us unloading the car and greeted us. He wished us a pleasant stay and together with the singing of the mockingbirds 24/7, it was a magical stay.

We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

We stayed at Charlie and Kevin’s beautiful house while in Malibu for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. It was the perfect arrangement for our family and so convenient to campus. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and porches and balconies. Fantastic communication, even accepting an Amazon delivery for us before we arrived. I just wish we had discovered this gem before her Senior year!

Great place to stay! Comfortable space for our large family. Very private and safe neighborhood. Easy access to the 118. We will be back next time in LA.

We were here for my wedding and Sophia’s and Casey’s villa was large enough to host my wedding party. It is a beautiful place and they were communicative. It very clean and looks even better in person. 100% would recommend

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

We booked this home for our family Christmas trip, and it honestly surpassed our expectations. Lots of room for a big family. The sauna was a plus for us, it snowed when we stayed there and it was such a perfect cozy home for after some snow fun. There isn’t much of a grocery store nearby besides a convenience store. We took a lot of things from outside of the town(near castaic stopped by a Ralph’s) which helped with meals and snacks. They did provide a lot of toiletries so that helped, I would definitely travel again to this property with my family next year. communication was very easy to have and check-in was a breeze!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Martha and Scott’s beautiful property in Santa Barbara. The home is not only warm and welcoming, but the garden is absolutely stunning—they’ve clearly put so much care and effort into creating a peaceful, relaxing outdoor space for guests to enjoy. It was such a treat to spend time in the garden, surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. Martha and Scott are incredibly friendly and attentive hosts. They responded quickly to any questions we had and made us feel completely at home. One of the highlights was the fully equipped BBQ grill in the backyard—it made for some lovely evenings dining outside. This is a special place hosted by genuinely thoughtful people. We would love to return and highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Santa Barbara!

Great house, private, spacious, modern, and walkable to everything you need (unique for LA) was perfect for our family of 6. The hosts (Tyler) and the owner were very friendly and responsive and made sure we were super comfortable. It's a definite repeat for us.

This home was perfect for my family, visiting the LA area and so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The kitchen had anything we would ever need, although with so many great restaurants around we didn’t cook much of anything there. We loved spending time in the backyard. The host was extremely responsive, the home was super clean and felt like our own. We were very comfortable. We stayed a week and do not think that when we visit LA again we would want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for opening your home to us. See you next time.

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!

Perfect location in Terranea. Amazing unobstructed ocean views. Full access to everything the resort has to offer. No different than booking through the hotel but better priced. Daily housekeeping was included.
