Great fishing for bass, bluegill, crappie and catfish. Shelter house near lake with 2 picnic tables and fire pit and firewood. Sleeping for 12 adults; one queen bed and one adult bunkbed, plus loft with 2 twin beds and floor cushions. Full kitchen with all utensils, appliances, etc. Also, log cabin available for all groups of 7 or more

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place about a 2 minute drive to the Marina at Piedmont Lake Whether your a hunter, fisherman or just a family looking to spend quality time together, the bonefish cabin is for you. The home boasts a 4 person hot tub, outdoor patio with a firepit, plenty of off street parking, free wifi, two TV's, large yard space, a full kitchen and only a mile from the Marina. There are several kayaks available to use for free.

Vernon Nazarene University, and Apple Valley Golf Course. Good place for family and friends to kayak and fish. There is a Splash Pad in town for children. In Mount Vernon, 15minutes away there is Hiawatha Waterpark. There is a fee. Family Reunions are Welcome. Great place to get away, read a book, sit by a fire and relax.

It abuts a 12-mile-long nature trail that winds along the river for hiking & biking. We have 12 cottages & a VW Bus campsite so let us know if you need additional accommodations for friends or family. Free use of kayaks and canoes to explore the beautiful islands. Enjoy the gorgeous view of the Ohio River and surrounding hills, from riverfront property. The 1 bedroom cabin sleeps four and is the perfect place to rejuvenate or be the base in between all the activities in the area. Forked Run State Park is across the road and the Ohio river access ramp is 1/4 mi away. The park offers a lake for kayaking, fishing, and a nice sandy beach for swimming. An 18 hole disc golf course is available, along with many hiking trails, and archery targets.

This property has a view of the lake and marina from the second story boat house deck and a canal view from the house. Two kayaks are on site.
