Welcome to Kusaki Momotose, a private building for one group per day. The residence, which was owned by a brewery during the Meiji era, was renovated and opened in 2020. [120-year-old private house] Iwasaki, with its lush vegetation, is located along the Minase River and was a key transportation hub during the era of riverboat transport.During the Meiji era, there were four breweries, and the sake produced was so fine that it was dedicated to the emperor. This building is a renovated Takahashi family residence used by the owner of one of the breweries, Mineno Asahi Brewery.

Bonshuku U, a renovated 180-year-old merchant house, "Old Shibuyo-ya". The main house and the storehouse are connected by a large roof so that you can come and go even when it snows in winter. The two "inner storehouses" unique to southern Akita prefecture, one of Japan's leading heavy snow areas, have been renovated into guest rooms. This is a maisonette room with a special display of "hemmed costumes" made by sewing together old silk cloths that have been carefully preserved in each household and passed down from generation to generation as dance costumes. On the first floor, there is a dining room with a mini-kitchen and a bathroom, and on the second floor, there is a bedroom overlooking the dynamic beams, where you can experience the history of Bon Odori with a hand-sewn costume and a record player.

The two "Uriso" buildings, unique to southern Akita Prefecture, one of Japan's leading heavy snow areas, have been renovated into guest rooms, connecting the main house and the storehouse with a large roof so that you can come and go even when it snows in winter. This is a box-type dormitory room inspired by the "oi", the trademark of the wandering painter "Minomushi Sanjin" who once stayed in the Shibuyo family's villa. There is a shared bathroom on the 1st floor, and the bedroom on the 2nd floor is a compact yet comfortable private space, so it is recommended for business use as well as for private use by single travelers and groups. Sake Rice Farmer presents a thatched-roof inn with a Kamado-cooked breakfast. ■ Special features for breakfast rice. The rare "Kame no O" rice is grown naturally in beautiful rice fields with the highest quality water, and after being harvested, it is sun-dried and naturally dried. This "Hasagake Rice" is cooked in a Kamado (traditional Japanese stove) using firewood and an iron pot). Enjoy a relaxing life with not only a kamado, but also a sunken hearth, a Goemon bath, a wood-burning stove, and a fire.
