The Shepherd’s Hut, Bath

In the summer of 2019 we installed a brand new shepherd’s hut in our large garden. The hut, built by a local company, is sat in an open space away from our own house, and has a great view down the garden. It is fully equipped with: Double bed TV Underfloor heating Bose bluetooth speaker Free WiFi Toilet and shower room with shampoo and shower gel Microwave Single hob Toaster & kettle Iron and ironing board Coffee & tea Breakfast cereals, our own free range eggs, bread, butter, jams and juices

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Our traditional shepherds hut is a luxury space for a thoroughly modern getaway. The ideal place to enjoy a countryside break at any time of the year. It is discretely located in a beautiful rural setting just two miles from the centre of the City of Bath. We are a short walk to local pubs and shops and ideally positioned for walkers and cyclists with safe bike storage available. For those who want to relax you can just sit back and enjoy the stunning panoramic views from the spacious deck.

Jane Austen hideaway

This studio is immaculate, calm and peaceful. It has been refurbished in the last two years. It is a private space within our house with its own entrance, bathroom and facilities for drinks and a microwave. It is on a main road but there is double glazing, blinds and blackout curtains. Royal Crescent View - Bath

Enjoy a stylish experience at this newly renovated (Jan 2024) annex. Under fifteen minutes walk from historic Bath's city centre, you can easily access the city's amazing sites and amenities. The property has no kitchen, however a kettle, small fridge, plates, cutlery, glasses etc, purified water, coffee, selection of teas, cereal and milk are all complimentary.

Lovely cozy rooms in a period cottage, within short bus ride of Bath city centre, and walking distance from beautiful country side. Tastefully decorated with touches of Scandinavian and cottage style. Cozy sitting room with log-burning stove. The cottage does not have a kitchen and is equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and mini-fridge.
