Excellent stay and accommodation. In general, everything in the house was very good. We had a problem with the water not coming out, but Carlos was always on the lookout and came to help us solve the problem. We had days with cold and cloudy weather but the boiler is well worth it 10/10 ⭐️ The house has very nice and comfortable spaces. The rooms 10/10 Kitchen, 10/10 The best thing was Carlos' attention since we arrived and how comfortable everything was. I would return 100%

the place is very nice and with a lot of privacy, incredible view, maybe they could add fans or air conditioning, I went in April and the heat is very strong, excellent attention from all the staff, I will be back soon but definitely in cold season

Very nice experience, the house is what they promise, the garden is very large and cute, the perfect pool and the terrace area was the best of the house, the grill we loved it. It would go again without a problem.

The airbnb was more than what imaged it would be. It was an oasis in Tepoztlán. Super authentic and well maintained. Everything was clean and the service of the househelper was amazing! Definitely coming back!

The house is spectacular with a great view of the mountains of Malinalco. It is very well located, which allowed us to forget about the car and walk around the town on foot. Juanita, who took care of us, is a very helpful person. She cooked us a very delicious meal for New Year's Eve. It's a 100% recommended place

This house is just like it looks in the photos. It was perfect for us! We attend a wedding in the Xolatlaco Garden and it is 5 minutes away from there by car. Which was very convenient given that at night when leaving, there is almost no lighting on the road. Beds are very comfortable. Haydeé was very kind to allow us to arrive earlier than check-in so that we could leave our bags and change us before the wedding. It's a simple space but with everything you need to rest.

Festejé mu birthday in this estate. It is located outside the city, which allowed us to totally disconnect from the urban hustle and enjoy a quiet atmosphere, surrounded by nature. The place is as shown in the photos, with a lot of privacy and security, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the stay. Communication with Rodrigo was excellent, always attentive and clear. Also, who was in the place to support us in what we needed was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a space to relax and have a great time with friends or family.

My family and I spent 8 blissful days at Guido’s Cuernavaca cottage. This turned out to be one of those truly standout Airbnb experiences, one we deeply appreciated. The cottage and garden are simple but striking. Really, we barely left the house. We could not get enough of it. It had one of those peaceful, tranquil feelings to it that you rarely find anywhere, a sort of stillness that did not make you feel anything but peaceful joy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Lilia and Guido were exceedingly accommodating and we liked meeting Toto, who manages the garden with a great deal of dedicated and care. We enjoyed nighttime meals around the large table and tea made from the leaves of the plants in the garden. The kitchen seemed to have everything we could possibly need to cook. We loved the jam and hibiscus water that Lilia left for us. And the beds were super comfortable. We’d definitely choose this home again and again.

We loved the service and of course the house. An incredible feeling at night, the tranquility we needed. The house itself is very cozy and has an excellent garden. Amalia was very friendly and very flexible at all times.

Excellent place to hang out as a couple. Eve was always attentive, friendly and understanding. The only thing is that the bathroom is outside the house, so it can be a bit uncomfortable to go out or in the early morning when you sleep. But nothing serious, haha. The place is somewhat remote from the center of Xochi, I suggest you leave early as there is a lot of traffic. The area is still a village, I suggest you buy what you need before arriving at the house.

Everything was excellent, Ricardo's attention was super all the time and the whole time was in communication, only detail, the bathroom next to the pool did not work, he attended the request but could not be resolved at the time and there were more bathrooms so nothing serious. Overall the accommodation and attention are super good. I really recommend it since the area is also super quiet and the accommodation quite private.

Excellent headings, the house was impeccable, very spacious areas, very well-kept gardening, super friendly and playful pets and above all Don René (property concierge), he was always in total disregard for supporting and recommending what he was asked... Even kind and attentive to us... On this occasion, we went to a family event and for the first time we visited the area... We would gladly stay with you again!

I stay in La Casita, it is excellent for four although I actually occupied it in its half. The concept of the entire stay is excellent, they have strong attention to detail. My pet felt at home. I really appreciate the attention of everyone who works there.
