Hanover Haven 3 BR/2 Bath

Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. The Gathering space is such a great place to have family fun! There are card games and large TVs with multiple streaming platforms. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB with privacy.

This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Please note: Access to the dock involves a very steep descent, and the return hike can be challenging—best suited for active guests. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.
