Holiday rentals with a patio in Ocoee River

This is such a hidden gem! We absolutely LOVED this place as it reminded us of our old Airbnb we used to host. Savannah was so friendly and accommodating and the space was way bigger than we expected. This truly is what southern hospitality looks like. STAY HERE, you really won't regret it.

Cute little place with plenty of space for me to work while I was there. Quick drive to downtown for any needs. It was quiet and peaceful. Maria was amazingly friendly and attentive to make sure there wasn’t anything else I needed. Her instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Will definitely come back if I’m visiting the area again!

Our stay was above and beyond what we expected! The suite was extremely clean and very inviting! Jen and her husband are very welcoming! They both took time out of their days to recommend local places to visit while we were here! Once we arrived they gave us a thorough tour and even showed us the event center that is on the property! No details have been forgot about! There is a dog park for pets, a Sauna, hot tub, game closet for rainy days (for all ages!) and a playground for the kids! We truly felt right at home and absolutely loved staying here! We would definitely recommend this location to others!!!

My family of 3 had a great stay at Cynthia's duplex. It's located in a good location, close to their downtown restaurants and shops. The amenities that were provided was some of the best we've seen compared to the several other rental's we've stayed in the past. Would definitely book again if we needed a stay in Cleveland, TN. We loved Center of Gravity as it was within walkable distance to downtown, but also offered easy access to activities, shopping and restaurants by car. The actual apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. My son and his daughters came over one night and there was plenty of room to play several board games. I am sure we will stay here again when in Dahlonega.

Great place, quiet, easy check in and out. More amenities than a hotel, more private and affordable than a hotel! Definitely recommend!

This is a quiet and peaceful place to stay close enough to Chattanooga for the attractions and restaurants, but far enough away to relax and get more for your money. My cousins and I felt right at home and enjoyed the clean/well-equipped kitchen, beautiful countertops, comfortable beds and big-screen TV. It rained so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the large deck and beautiful back yard, but it looked really nice!! Everything was clean and welcoming.

Highly recommend Jessica as a host! Her place was so cozy and clean. We enjoyed our weekend. She was very responsive and so kind. Went above and beyond as a host.

Fantastic place. Away from the main strip but tons of restraunts/stores and fishing areas within 10-15 minutes from the house. House was great with everything you’d need to be comfortable. Owner was very responsive and helpful! Would stay again!

Absolutely loved the apartment and everything in it! The beds were so comfortable as well!

This is a nice little house in the woods that is perfect for a getaway with a partner. The location was private, and there was a local store down the road if you needed anything else. Really nice kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Only complaint is the water smelled a little off (latexy), but I’m sure that’s just an issue with getting water to the location that’s out of their control. Other than that it was a great little getaway for the weekend and I highly recommend.

Great condo! Great location right by the train and walkable to restaurants and shops! Condo is extremely sound proof so train is not a concern at all. Very beautifully furnished, gorgeous kitchen and great closets!! Beds were so comfortable! Hostess was accommodating and had no issues with unit whatsoever. Loved it!!

We loved our stay here! The decor and atmosphere of the accommodations were top notch. It was perfect for our group. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as stores to grab extras. We had one minor issue with check-in, but Debra was extremely responsive and had the issue solved within minutes. Thanks again!
