It is a summer house, very well lit, comfortable, simple, kitchen integrated into the living room by means of a bar on the ground floor + 1 bathroom. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed + 2 single beds and a placard with 3 shelves in each room . Very quiet and wild residential area. Queen tranquility on summer afternoons, to enjoy a pleasant nap in the afternoons and to hear the crashing of the ocean waves at night just 100 meters from the ocean coast

La zona se caracteriza por las casa entre los bosques, playa con dunas que tiene una rambla con ciclovia. Está a media hora de punta del este, 5 minutos de Piriápolis y muchas actividades para realizar al aire libre. también hay en la cercanía piscinas climatizadas para relajarse.
