Enjoy this one bedroom one bath condo in Jamaica Bay. New flooring, new paint & new bathroom! Sleeps 4. Nice outdoor pool that rarely gets crowded. Great parking lot. One block to the beach, one block to Jolly Rogers waterpark & amusement park, lots of restaurants & bars to walk to, walk to boardwalk & convention center. Great location and tucked into a quiet alcove. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, queen bed in bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room. We take great pride in keeping our condos clean.

Cute, convenient and clean, with one SHARED WALL between the studio and main house. All amenities are self contained and noise is minimal.
