Holiday rentals with lake access in Obwalden

This place is amazing. The property is big with all the amenities and a great garden. The 3 bathrooms make the stay very convenient. It is located very close to the lake and lucerne city center. The owner, Giuseppe, is friendly, provided all needed instructions and set up the cot for us. There is also one parking spot available. Definitely a great stay in Lucerne.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with recommendations of local restaurants, hikes, and places to go. The home was outside of town with spectacular views, peaceful evenings and lots of room to roam. Would definitely recommend!

Regula and Sascha are absolutely lovely people and their home is a gem. Like others have wrote, they have thought about every detail from a wood-fired oven for pizzas to an herb garden to pick for meals to even pre-paying for our bus card to get around town. They were so kind to show us around their home when we checked in and explained everything we would need to know. The property is stunning and so peaceful with access to the lake for swimming or to take the ferry as well as a bus stop at the end of the street. I hope to stay in their home again and I would recommend it to anyone considering! Paradise! Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more sunshine. Thank you both so much!

This was our second time staying here, and this time we brought a lot more people with us so they could experience it. The location is perfect, very easily accessible by bus or car, and the views of the surrounding mountains are incredible! It has everything you might need while traveling and offers a unique, unforgettable stay. The host is also very kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Stephen was very responsive and was quick to help us with a family emergency that we had. The accomodations of the home was exactly as desribed. The washer, dryer and all of the amenities were easy to use. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Stephen was an excellent host.

One of the absolute best AirBnBs we’ve ever stayed in. Brienz itself is so beautiful and is close to many other great areas to see such as Jungfrau, Interlaken and Giessbach Falls, but this accommodation made our stay sublime. Jacqueline was extremely responsive as a host and went above and beyond to help with taxi services and even a pair of misplaced spectacles. The house was spacious with a spectacular view and was extremely well set up with everything you might need. There was even a welcome basket of goodies as a special touch which was so welcome. I could not recommend this accommodation highly enough. None of us (6 adults and one 18-month-old) wanted to leave.

Perfect accommodation and host, I had a wonderful holiday here. The scenery around the house is beautiful, even more beautiful than the attractions, it is highly recommended to spend a day hiking nearby. The room is also very well equipped, and the host has prepared everything you need. We don't drive, we rely on the train to get around, although it's 15 minutes from the train station, but the scenery is beautiful all the way, and it's a pleasure to walk on the road. The host is also very nice, solves any problems in time, and gives me very useful travel guides. This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in.

We really enjoyed our time in Brienz and this was a perfect location as we had a hire car, but could be easily done by the extensive bus system. There is a great cafe bakery at the end of the street which also sells milk and other items. The apartment is in the lower section of the house and is well equipped and comfortable. There were Swiss chocolates and a nice bottle of red wine left for us which we enjoyed. We were even given fresh eggs and some lovely schnapps on a cool evening while sitting out enjoying view. Although Hans has little english he gave us details of things to see and do in and around the town including a very nice sculpture walk with fantastic views of the lake. This is a very special place for me as I have family history in the town and our stay here made it even more memorable.

Great house to stay. Very near to titlis centre.

My daughter (5) and I spent a wonderful ski week at Nella's. Everything was there. The ski bus outside the door and we got everywhere without a car. We would leave again and again. Small but nice. Nella does a great job.

Our stay with Patrick in Engelberg was great! The apartment is small but nice and offers everything you need: modern and clean and with a fully equipped kitchen - only the bathroom had a slightly smoky smell. A great location for excursions to the mountains or to Lake Lucerne, which is a good half an hour's drive away! In addition: Free parking right next to the house. For Switzerland, a good price/performance ratio. We can recommend! :)

This is first time I waited to give review. The place is very near to Brienz station and the location is picture perfect. It was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the welcome treats were very thoughtful, kids had lot of toys that they didn’t want to go outside, beds, towels, bathrooms everything was very clean. Downside is we all ended up staying home for 2 days and not going anywhere as per our plan. Our family had amazing time in the house. I would definitely recommend it. Very nice place and host. Thank you Jacqueline for everything. I loved your family pictures in house, the similes in pictures, the antique pieces that you saved. It really felt like home.
