Das Badezimmer beinhaltet eine Badewanne und eine zusätzliche separate Dusche. Frische Handtücher, Seife, Lotion und Hygieneartikel sind hier selbstverständlich vorhanden. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit einem 1,80 Meter Bett und frischer Baumwollbettwäsche ausgestattet. Die Küche beinhaltet alles Notwendige zum Kochen und für Tee und Kaffee ist auch gesorgt.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

The garden can be used by our guests. The Danube cycle path leads past the house. In addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to cross to Austria by ferry or to travel to Linz or Passau by steamer.
