Wir wohnen am Ortsrand in einem Vorort von Aalen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer lädt nach einem ereignisreichen Tag zum entspannen ein. In 5 Minuten ist man im Wald. upgrad 18.8.25 Die Umgehungsstraße ist 1 Kilometer luftlinie entfernt und je nach Wetterlage und Wind hört man diese mal mehr und mal gar nicht. Da ist jeder anders.

For nature lovers: the house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Centrally located and modern apartment. 3 minutes' walk to the train station, 5 minutes' walk to ZEISS. All shops for daily needs (groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, snacks, bakeries, etc.) are within a few minutes' walk. The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.

The flat is located at the edge of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow).
