Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Babaház, is a close to 200-year-old townhouse in the world heritage site of Pécs. Built in the early 19th century, the house was completely renovated with modern technology and quality materials while preserving its special atmosphere. A total of 135 square meters + two terraces. Two large bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed in the living room, an office, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen.
