With a maximum capacity of 15 people and pets allowed (large dogs can be accommodated upon request), it is perfect for multiple families, groups of friends, and your beloved pets. It is in a great location 90 minutes by car from Tokyo, a 10-minute walk to the beach, and a 1-minute walk to a convenience store, and it is popular with families with children. Outdoors, you can enjoy a barrel sauna and an open-air bath (with a water bath available) while looking out over the palm trees and the large garden. There is also a covered BBQ area and a fire pit on the wooden deck. In addition, the entire garden is fenced and can also be used as a spacious private dog run of about 500 m². Indoors, there is table tennis in the playroom and board/card games in the living room. You can watch unlimited Netflix on the large TV in the living room. The kitchen and dining area on the ground floor are popular because they are close to the BBQ area and make it easy for large groups to enjoy cooking and dining. The log house, which was once used as a villa, has been renovated and regenerated, and has a 2LDK + spacious deck space of 80 ㎡. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for enjoying with close family or friends. Refresh your mind and body with a private barrel sauna and water bath. Have a great time with your friends on the BBQ deck. * The barrel sauna is 5,000 yen per group for unlimited use during your stay, and the BBQ set is 5,000 yen per group. We renovated the old house where my grandmother once lived as much as possible with our own hands. Kujukuri Beach, which is a short walk away, is a memorable place where relatives and friends have gathered and had a lively time. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna, it is a space where you can relax with your family, couples, and friends. One of the charming things about this house is that the cats that live nearby visit the garden at will. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. We have yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs and sleeping chairs that can be used in the sea, carts, 2 bicycles, sandpit sets and children's toys, chairs, toilet seats, picture books, hanging tents, and other facilities that are great for small children.
