Holiday rentals with a patio in Oak View

Incredible Airbnb, my friends and I were very pleased. Super great location and neighborhood as well. Very peaceful, clean and had everything we needed.

This was a great spot for a few nights in Santa Barbara and Jim is an absolutely fantastic host! Location is perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and all SB has to offer. The space itself is comfortable and pretty straightforward. Has the basic amenities for a weekend trip. Jim helped us coordinate an early check-in, assisted with an extra night stay and allowed us to leave our bags for an extra hour after check-out - all of which were greatly appreciated!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

Julie and Steven’s spot was a perfect, peaceful getaway. Surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, it’s only a short ride into town, making it easy to spend the day at the beach and come back to the quiet in the evening. Natty was really great. Place was just as advertised. It felt better than a hotel suite. Snacks and drinks for the guest were a plus. Walking distance to local gift shop and coffee shop was nice. Area felt safe overall.

We had a wonderful time staying here as our base location while visiting the Channel Islands National Park. The home itself is beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location minutes from everything we needed. It was also a great place to come back to after long days out and about. We highly recommend this home for any stay in Ventura!

Incredible property! Megan was an ideal host, quick to respond and more than accommodating. The home was perfect for our little family. The proximity of water to house was second to none. We have travelled quite and bit and use Airbnb often, the jacuzzi to fire pit to ocean proximity is unmatched. Will definitely stay again, can’t recommend Megan or her property enough!

The farm is beautiful--blooming flowers, view of the valley and ocean, avocado orchards to wander in. It was perfect for our family with the pool for the the kids, lots of open space to run around in, and close to the beach. The house was well stocked with games and puzzles. House was spotlessly clean. Thank you Connie!

The property was amazing and very accommodating for our adult son who is in a wheelchair. Other than navigating a few steps to get into the house everything was ADA friendly including a roll in accessible shower in the master suite. The grandkids loved the backyard with plenty to do. This place is a comfortable oasis surrounded by beautiful gardens and a generous outdoor patio. Inside felt like a real home, uncluttered but with nice furniture and decor, and a fully stocked kitchen, including an electric water kettle and Keurig. The bathroom had plenty of shelving and hooks for towels. There's AC/heat in the bedroom and living room. The neighborhood is really quiet, but in a good location. The front door has a lockable screen if you want to get airflow, and it's several steps up from ground level (in case that's an issue for you). The drive to San Buenaventura State Beach, downtown, and the historic Mission District is about 10 minutes. About 5 minutes to the 101. Would definitely stay here again!

Our party of 7 loved our stay here, which we used for 4 days of our California road trip. It was a good base for visiting Malibu and we also made it as far as Santa Maria. This was one of the nicest air BnB I have visited and the decoration and comfort were first class. We were made to feel very welcome by the host and would definitely stay again. Thanks

Ann was a fantastic and sweet host, responsive answering my questions. She even brought over some gourmet chocolates when we checked in. And the unit was immaculate, the kitchen really well stocked (sorry we couldn’t stay longer and actually cook there!),many thoughtful touches in the bathroom, lots of extra towels and a really comfy queen bed. Lots of closet space in the bedroom. Lovely comfortable space all around!

Tess’s home was beautiful! She was super communicative and responsive to our questions. We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Ventura!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Location on the Mesa was perfect! Walking distance to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Very quiet, comfortable beds and the hot tub and private back yard were a bonus. Thank you, we would definitely return if we are in SB again!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Amazing location with great amenties, we used the pool and theatre room. Definitley reccomend staying here for a family vacation

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!
