Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Oak Ridge

This is without a doubt the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The amenities were amazing, and we had no lack of things to do! The kitchen was fully stocked when we arrived, full of snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. The bathrooms were like hotel bathrooms, with cabinets full of disposable toothbrushes and razors, plus hotel soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the showers. It was very spacious, and we all slept comfortably as the beds were all large, comfortable and clean. The details of the space were immaculate, as it all fit the theme, and demonstrated the city of Knoxville well! It’s within walking distance of Market Square, the Tennessee Theater, and a large portion of Downtown Knoxville! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for the place! It made my wedding weekend so much better than it already was!!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Maryville, TN. The location was easy to find. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. My host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Vickie's private studio was an absolute gem! The pictures truly don't do this place justice; it's even more charming and comfortable in person. We were immediately struck by how peaceful and quiet the apartment was, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of traveling to Knoxville. Vickie herself was an outstanding host and an amazing person – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her place is the gold standard for what every Airbnb experience should be: immaculately clean, well-appointed, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. We cannot recommend this studio enough and will definitely be staying with Vickie again on our next trip to Knoxville!

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!

Susan's place was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It was extremely pet friendly and really appreciated all the special touches. Will definitely book again when were in the area.

We had a wonderful time… The place was clean and very close to everything that we needed. We loved the extra effort taken into giving us popcorn and the blueberry muffins at arrival. The water pressure was incredible. The bed was comfortable. All the amenities were awesome. Our next trip to Knoxville… We will be back.

Awesome house. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Super close to Windrock off-road park, which is why we were there. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house, very comfortable, well-equipped and with a well stocked kitchen. Convenient to everything in town. Best feature was the back yard, besides the usual birds and squirrels we saw rabbits, chipmunks, and even a groundhog (or marmot maybe, some big cute furry animal).

We were fortunate to stay in this beautiful home for a month while our own house was undergoing repairs. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches— the kitchen was stocked with drinks, snacks, breakfast items, and even delicious cinnamon rolls that were perfectly baked and just the right amount of gooey. There were also toys and treats waiting for our pets, which they really appreciated. The home was spotless, exceptionally well-maintained, and filled with comfortable, inviting spaces. We especially enjoyed spending time in the dining room and sunroom, where our pets loved watching chipmunks, rabbits, and deer through the large windows. Every part of the house was relaxing and made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially when we needed to extend our stay or had any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better temporary home and highly recommend this property.

Exceptional host! Although I made sure to pack everything I needed, it was nice to see that she had the necessities there as well. Extremely clean home in a very peaceful neighborhood! Will be planning a stay there next year when I’m in the area again!

Beautiful place to stay with an incredible view. It was quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle in Gatlinburg below. If you’re not afraid of heights, you’re on the top!

As Good as It Gets is Top Notch! Clean, perfect size, beds comfortable - woke up every morning feeling like I was in my own home. Perfect location - walking distance to Old City & Downtown! Price was right! Safe and secure! Central to everything! Waaaaaay better than staying in hotel! Parking everywhere and yes, you have to pay for parking, but 24-hour lot rates are still cheaper than hotel parking charges. As a host, Blake is super friendly. He is extremely helpful and responsive to any inquiry. Check-in/Check-out process easy. Super pleased with whole experience and great value for the three days stay! Hope to stay there again at some point.

Perfect for parking and enjoying Old City! Super lighting and very comfortable furnishings. We can’t wait to come back. If you’re sensitive to noise- be aware you are in the middle of the fun- so Saturdays may be a bit louder. All in all- can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb.

This location was perfect if you plan to visit the campus. Once we parked, we didn't use the car again until we left. Mary was very attentive to make sure we did not need anything or have any questions. We will definitely be returning!

The location was close to the university, Publix and a 20 minute walk to downtown which was ideal for us. The apartment was well stocked with paper products and it was great to have an inhouse washer and dryer. It was well decorated, light and cheery. The owners were very quick to answer any questions.
