The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek. Pets welcome!

5 minutes to Windrock with plenty of parking for a trailers. You can ride directly from the house 10 mins to Oak Ridge. 3 minutes to grocery store. 40 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Our house offers a great outdoor deck for Entertaining. Spacious living room, dining room along with a washer & dryer! It has been remolded but still has its Imperfections. Quite safe neighborhood. Limited street parking. Plenty of back yard parking! If you are mountain biking - we have a secured basement to store bikes

Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Welcome to Chancey's Place at Faith Acre Farms, a 30 acre horse farm in lovely East Tennessee. Close to everything Knoxville has to offer and yet far enough away to hear the quiet of nature. 10 minutes to Windrock Park with ample parking for trailer. You will have this one bedroom, one bathroom apartment all to yourself. Full kitchen with open layout.
