The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

Fully furnished, equipped with everything necessary and WiFi 24h.we are located 5 minutes from downtown(walking). They also have the Rons beach which is about 300m away. We are located in a quiet area surrounded by nature but with the advantage of having everything at our fingertips (supermarkets, playground with soccer field, cafes, restaurants)

A small seaside house on the waterfront with exclusive views of the Ria de Pontevedra. A very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and where the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.

All rooms with bathroom included (3 in total and 1 with Jacuzzi), plus a bathroom apart from shared use.

Located in the heart of downtown, just a few meters from the supermarket, pharmacy and the beaches of Confín and La Toja. *Swimming pool only operational in the summer months. In Semana Santa and Fiesta del Marisco is not available. Second floor, no elevator.
