Located on the banks of the Tea River, in the municipality of Ponteareas, near Mondariz with its fantastic Spa, Vigo and its beaches, Orense and its hot springs as well as the north of Portugal. A casiña Da Silva offers a getaway to disconnect in a rural setting but close to many environments to get to know southern Galicia. Stone house: wine with books, dogs and routes

The "caseiros" — the family that took care of the farm where our organic wine is currently grown — lived in this house. Restored in 2013, the old kitchen space with its "lareira", oven and stone sink was preserved, now a cool space to read, play or take a nap. The two open floors overlook the Miño River valley, which separates us from Portugal. Upstairs, to sleep or read; downstairs, where the animals used to be, to cook or go out to the small garden.

There are a wide variety of places suitable for hiking, as well as a wine production area of D.O. Rías Baixas. The main cultural attraction is the historic border between Galicia and northern Portugal, a country that is just 5 minutes from the accommodation.
