The house and the location are beautiful! It looks exactly the same as in the photos. Raymond is very nice, helpful and we were able to reach him directly. He even got us a baby high chair. Absolutely recommend 😊

Christine’s place is very well located and we enjoyed walking to all of the sites in Bergen. The apartment is clean, nicely laid out and has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable! We highly recommend!

Comfortable and convenient place very close to the airport but with a nice rural feel and view of the Bergen Fjord. Stig seemed to be away for the weekend when we stayed but they wasn’t a problem. He’s doing some work on one side of the house and the path to the door is a bit rough and might be a problem for someone with mobility problems. Otherwise recommended.

Beautiful quiet location with great views of mountains and surroundings. Good location to explore the surroundings, but a car is essential. There was everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend to bring sleeping glasses as you can hardly darken the bedrooms. But of course, it's a personal feeling. In addition, we would have liked a wardrobe or storage facilities for our clothes. We were only on site for 3 days and were therefore able to live out of a suitcase. For longer stays, this would certainly be difficult. The house is a little off the beaten path, but is easy to reach by car. There is plenty of shopping nearby. We can recommend the house and the hosts without hesitation.

Terrace by the fjord, provision of fishing rods and lures fishy fjord very well equipped house, nothing is missing Nils is a very welcoming host we will recommend this destination lots of great places to discover on the island of Askoy

Very beautiful home! Everything was awesome:)

This house is a true marvel. And I can know as me and my family lived there for half a year. When I booked the house I was afraid it was too good to be true: secluded in a forest, but close to the city center; at the foot of a mountain, and with two (!) lakes for swimming or fishing. But it all appeared to be true. It was even better: at the end of the access road, but out of sight, is a supermarket and a bus stop. The bus takes you to the city center in short ride. Moreover, Sharon – the host and owner – is a very nice and sweet person. I truly recommend this place. And to acknowledge this endorsement: we’ll come back this spring.

Frank’s Bergen apartment was a gem—-perfectly located away from the exciting city center looking down on the most amazing views of the city and gorgeous mountains — wow! We were so happy staying in this charming place with everything we needed & so much more! We appreciate all the details Julia put in to make her apartment so comfortable, like electric outlet adapter for foreigners, microwave oven, quality appliances. The bathroom is large with a good shower and a sitting bench. Dedicated parking near the front door. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Quick & easy communication. Good value. Highly recommend.

Amazing hosts. The place is easy to get to and they offer free car parking, a great benefit. Bus route 70 passes by the house and takes you to Nesttun. From there you can catch the Bybanen to the city centre. It makes the commute effortless. The flat has cooking facilities and outdoor seating. The bathroom is sleek and modern, with strong water pressure and a true rain shower. You can even wash your clothes in the washing machine provided. The flat has everything you need for your stay, be it short or long. Will definitely book again if we travel back to Bergen. Highly recommended.

Nice place close to fantastic climbing on Sotra on one side and Bergen on the other side. The hosts were quick to respond and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

The stay exceeded our expectations. The location is great for exploring Bergan. Either a short ferry ride, or Bus. Park free could not be better. Helpful host let us use their laundry room.

We were very warmly greeted by Janette and Jürg. We were allowed to enjoy 7 nights in this wonderful, lovingly furnished, very modern and new apartment. Everything very clean, kitchen with everything you need, even drinks in the fridge (thank you!), dishwasher (incl. tabs), washing machine and tumble dryer in the large bathroom. Our questions were answered promptly and in person. An absolutely wonderful stay in Frekhaug. We also award Super Points!

A Perfect Stay in a Fantastic Location! We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Anne's Airbnb. The location is unbeatable—right next to the fish market, with e-scooters readily available all around. The flat itself is incredibly spacious, offering all the amenities we could possibly need. A particularly thoughtful touch was the friendly neighbor who went out of their way to assist us. The large, airy balcony was a highlight, providing stunning views of the harbor, with ships and ferries gliding past—truly mesmerizing! Transportation was a breeze, with easy access to taxis, buses, and train connections. The flat itself was huge and extremely comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved every moment and will undoubtedly be returning. Thank you, Anne, for a super awesome stay!

A lovely and well equipped apartment to come home to after a day exploring the area and Bergen. The cute cups and vases with flowers, so thoughtful! We felt very much at home; the kitchen is able to cook very fully and nicely. Thank you Anders and Anne for hospitality!

I can’t recommend this property enough, we felt right at home. The hosts are so attentive and hospitable, we even changed our plans to use the kayak and to appreciate the location. We spent hours just looking out over the lake at the stunning views. The pictures we took look photoshopped they are so perfect. Family have already asked for the property details as want to stay. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer.

Very nice room near central Bergen

Loved staying here! Perfect location that was quiet enough but yet super close to shops, bars, and restaurants. The hosts were great communicators and the Airbnb was set up nicely with very clear instructions for check in and out.

Gorgeous location. Peaceful walks right out the door. Close to Herdla which has quite a few interesting places like a bird sanctuary and sauna. The host is friendly and super helpful!

The host responds quickly and the house is very comfortable and well-equipped. To go to Bergen, you can go by car, bus or as We opted for a short walk, bus and boat. Both the bus and the boat pass frequently, so it was very easy to go to and from Bergen.

Mathilde was a wonderful host. She gave us great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was extremely clean and bright. The apartment is centrally located. It is close to great restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We absolutely loved our stay! We hope to be back.

I felt completely comfortable in the accommodation! It is very cozy, sparkling clean and a real little oasis of well-being. Everything you need was available – from kitchen equipment to loving details that made the stay particularly pleasant. The hostess was very warm and helpful. The connection to the city was also easily accessible by public transport. I can only recommend the place and would love to come back!

We really enjoyed staying at Havard’s place. The house is in the hills with beautiful views and is so well equipped and comfortable. You will need a car; Harvard provides a charging station. We found it easy to drive 8mins to the local village and catch a bus to the centre of Bergen. We didn’t have to wait more than 4mins for a bus which then takes 15mins to the Bryggen area. We enjoyed a couple of local walks from the house; there is the potential for longer hikes. We purchased 48hr Bergen Cards; but didn’t get the value from them so we wouldn’t recommend them. We have no hesitation in recommending this AirBnB.
