The cabin comfortably accommodates two people. There are 3 sleeping places. The property also has a very high quality wood sauna and an outdoor toilet, as well as a wood litre. There is no electricity or running water in the cottage. Heating is on the fireplace. The property is only rented to those who have experience in wilderness cottages and know how to work with firesticks.

The house is about 1 km from the main road E75, and it is easy to get here by car. Centrally located, yet for themselves. Cozy house with warm bathroom and 2 bedrooms. A few km away from shop, cafe, gas station and museum in Varangerbotn. The place is most ideal for singles, couples or 2 people. Very ideal for birdwatchers, as the goshawk is often right outside. Families with small children are welcome but the space is possibly not the best suited due to small space and the garden is not set up.

Really nice basic cottage, awesome isolated location. There are 2 small bedrooms and all the amenities, tools etc you need for a place like this. We really loved it for our 2-night getaway. Unfortunately the lakeside sauna burned down just before our arrival but if/when it's built back I will definitely return. Please note that there is no electricity - plan accordingly. Per was a fantastic host - really tried everything to make our stay pleasant and smooth.

The cottage included all the amenities and it was easy to vacation there. The sauna had good steam and a nice dip in between the steam in Teno. Messaging with Nina went smoothly. Highly recommend!

This place and its surroundings are simply so beautiful! As much coziness, peace and quiet as you can wish for. And still so much to do and see! We recommend a day trip to Tanamunningen / Høyholmen as well as exploration of the nature just around the cottage, snow shoes made that easy. We were a bit unlucky with the weather as can always happen but the house absolutely made up for that: great sauna, fireplace, grilling sausage outside by the fire in the snow and playing board games and simply watching the amazing landscape. Thank you for having us, Janne and greetings and special thanks to Armas!
