Fantastic location, great house, very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within a short walk. Our party of 6 really enjoyed the space. The pool table was a hit! Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Buenos Aires!

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups as well as being very well located and has everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and welcomed us to check in, and we even arranged a late check out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

Good place to rest and close to the monumental stadium to go on foot and close to Chinatown.

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

First time in Buenos Aires. We did practically everything on foot, subway and bus and the location helped a lot to make this happen. Close to everything. Amazing place to stay in the middle of an awesome area.

Check-in and check-out were super easy. That allowed us to arrive at the time that was convenient for us. The window with plants on the outside is very nice and the best thing is the quality of the bed base. The bar that connects with the building is spectacular!!

I rented Ivan's apartment for my parents who came to visit and were really happy. So much so that my mom told me several times "please leave an excellent review"😂. The apartment was spotless. Besides being very nice, it is very functional and fully equipped. The neighborhood is beautiful, the area is quiet and there are places to eat, drink tea and walk. Ivan's predisposition was total. We'll definitely choose it again when my parents come back.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby and easy access to transportation and points of interest. I spent a month working and walking, and it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.
