Holiday rentals with lake access in Nunavut

Valri was very friendly and communicated things clearly. The house was beautiful and was very clean. There was many things to do at the house and it was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and everything in the house was very comfortable. The house is about a 2 minute walk from the lake. It was a verh nice area and it was quiet as well. The seating area ny the fireplace was also very nice and we really enjoyed it.

Stayed at this beautiful home for our daughters wedding it was so beautiful Lots of room for hosting Only down fall was parking Only 3 parking spots but could park on 50 th which was only one house away And limited hot water. If showering late at night seem to be better. But that didn’t take away from our wonder stay. Thank you so much

The place was clean and spacious and I appreciated the advance notice about yard work as well as the prompt communication. The beach was easily accessible and walkable towards shops/cafe. Some amenities weren’t available like the dishwasher or Wi-fi during the stay, but a partial refund was issued without a hassle.

We had an amazing stay! Such a great space for my large family, we felt right at home and loved the neighborhood. We defiantly will be back to stay again soon :)

The place was great with a great view of the lake. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook in with no issues for a group of 11. Lots of room for everyone to get some space. The only issue we faced was the number of stairs into the building. Totally for got to check that, knowing we were travelling with a senior. We also found the beds too hard, we grabbed a couple foam mats. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything was perfect so spacious and beautiful. House has everything you need and more. Hot tub was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

It’s convenient for the overnight stay that we need while on Matheson Island. We have been there twice and it was clean and comfortable both times.

Beautiful home with host nearby and very friendly and responsive. Nice touches like a pitcher of cold water in the fridge when we arrived on a hot day. There were tons of towels in the bathroom plus nice extra touches in case anyone forgot basic toiletries. Comfortable beds and lots of storage space to get our clutter and bags out of the way. and lots of books, games, puzzles, and DVDs to occupy us in the evenings or in rainy days. The huge back deck and fire pit areas were awesome. We spent lots of time back there enjoying the birds, sun, and doing a little art/painting.

We had a wonderful few days in Cold Lake. l can say that our accommodation was definitely the highlight of the trip! We were moved to the larger unit with the garden walkout deck and private barbecue without any request from us. The rooms were exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed and more to make our stay feel like our own home. The roof and mobile fans made the hot summer weather tolerable and comfortable. We travelled with a small utility trailer that carried our electric bikes, and there was more than enough space made available for us to safely park it. We experienced no noise or disturbance at all during our stay, even with the roadworks that were close by. We were even offered the use of a garage to store anything we want. There were more than enough space outside the unit in and around the garden to give our smaller kids space to safely move around and stretch their legs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet safe place in Cold Lake. Many thx!

This property was great. The location was easy to find and the check in was very easy as well. Clean, well equipped and everything was just a short walk away. Justice was very communicative and we had no issues during our stay. Very spacious as well. I will definitely recommend this to friends.

Super cute place! I was disappointed I was only in town for one night for a work obligation! I’ll definitely be booking again on a weekend when there’s more going on. Sarah was really sweet and attentive. You can tell by the care they put into the place that it’s their home and business. It was really neat! Thanks for hosting us Sarah!

Finding Andre’s place was exactly what we needed. A home that was comfortable, clean, close to the water and pristine. As soon as we opened the door, we felt at home. The host was very accommodating and we sincerely appreciated their hospitality. Thank you!! Such a great spot right by the water!!

This was our second time staying at Michel's place and it feels like home away from home. It's location is great with nice trails out the door and walking distance to many amenities. The aparment is very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for short term accomdation in Yellowknife.

Beautiful place to stay!

A wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed walking on the (frozen) lake and all the nearby places to eat, also walking distance. Check out SunDog and NWT Brewery and Bullocks. Definitely need reservations at the last two. A major highlight was Old Town Glassworks right across the street from the Inn. Check it out, support a unique local business and take home a personalized souvenir. Beautiful view from the 2nd story and very comfortable and cozy. The furnace is very loud especially in 2 of the bedrooms so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper Will go back to see how different it is in the summer!

Everything is good, kids were having fun.

Our stay was perfect. It was a yearly family reunion with my siblings. Everybody had a great room and we loved the common areas - living/dining room, patio and area around fire pit. We didn’t have a fire as it was hot, but we could have. Everybody was really satisfied. Close to beach.

We had the most amazing time. Megan was wonderful and went above and beyond. Our month long stay was just what we wanted - beautiful views, time with each other, family and friends, enjoyed walks and runs and bike rides, the best restaurant ever at the ECO academy, especially their wine night. Roomy, modern, super comfortable beds. Nice kitchen, beautiful patio and backyard. Love the fire pit. We both work from home and that worked well in the space. We are runners and there was plenty of great places to run which was fantastic. I highly recommend staying at the cabin for an awesome getaway.

Awsome guy kevin is he let us stay well we were up doing a job around la ronge area. highly recommend his home to anyone looking for peaceful clean home well in the area.

The cabin had everything you could ever need for a weekend getaway - lots of space, amenities, great appliances, and the hot tub was very clean and spacious. There were TVs in every bedroom and even a Dyson vacuum. Robin had everything we could need including cleaning materials, makeup wipes, coffee and sugar, extra blankets and sheets, lots of towels and soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. There is a nice sunroom facing the lake and a cute fire pit and garden with extra wood for a fire in the back. It’s a great place for a weekend getaway at any time of the year. Would definitely visit again and recommend this place to anyone seeking a quiet little getaway in a beautiful cottage.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Lolly's and Guido's cabin. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Lolly and Guido were very friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. We especially appreciated the fishing tour with Guido and the free bicycles to use. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
