Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Nuevo Vallarta

Amber is the kind of host I like having. Very responsive, accomodating and made her home really comfortable. I would stay here again and again.

The stay was very comfortable. The place is quite clean and modern. And the view from the pool is amazing. The host was on the lookout, and there is security at the entrance.

David’s place is absolutely stunning! The property is in a great location with easy access along the beach to Zona Romantica , the Malecon and restaurants. If you decide to take uber instead, it’s a quick 5 minute ride and cost $2-$3 into town. It was nice to have a restaurant next to the pool which we found very reasonable and the food is very good. The property is a paradise and in the evening you’ll fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves crashing onto the rocks. I will definitely be coming back and make reservations to stay at David’s home at Sayan Tropical.

Excellent accommodation! Very good option to relax and enjoy. Its two pools and the jacuzzi you have are very good choices to cool off. Adriana is always very attentive to any questions or needs, we in our case had to check out before the scheduled time and there she was. The kitchen of the accommodation is very well stocked, which made our stay much easier. While it does not have a beach directly, the access that they have to the beach of the development in front is good although we would have liked that they had more umbrellas and beds, since when we went they had five beds and an umbrella. Definitely a great option to wash and enjoy

Our stay was unbeatable, the home was spotless and fully equipped, the beach with private access and very quiet! The facilities are super comfortable and the staff is very friendly, the place has a restaurant that also has quite rich food. Upon our arrival, the hosts were very kind, they explained everything in detail, always on the lookout for everything, the communication did not have an inconvenience. We definitely came back waiting for it to be very soon.

We had to find another location last minute due to our original rental not having water for a day and a half and Janeth was very quick to respond to our request! It was clean, quiet, and with a great rooftop pool view to the ocean! Definitely recommend and would stay here again if we decide to come to PV!

the best thing about my accommodation was Andrew, he was always concerned about everything being perfect, and although there were minor details Andrew always solved them immediately and that makes it worthwhile because you don't feel like you're left alone

Very nice place. Rooftop pool is awesome. Relatively short walk to beach. Need to take cooler and chairs to beach because the chairs available there are just a few and usually occupied. Very nice place, looks like new.

I just spent a few nights at Christian’s La Casa Perfecta. My ONLY compliant is that I didn’t stay longer. I was truly a unique Airbnb experience for me. Very easy check-in, I immediately felt welcomed in his home, like a real “guest”, not just a stranger from Airbnb. And his dogs, they are SO adorable and friendly. The house is truly stunning, so warm and inviting, with lots of relaxed lighting throughout the day and night. I loved just sitting outside in the morning enjoying coffee in the morning sunshine. I had to work while I was there, but Christian has a great work area set up in the bedroom (which is truly lovely by the way). One thing that was so unique is that Christian has supplied a fun set of games for your stay. And snacks (and beer, and tequila!) I’ve stayed at shared rooms before, and usually you feel fairly locked in your room the entire stay. Totally not the case at La Casa Perfecta. I really felt that the entire house was mine for my stay. I’ll be coming back!

Enrique was an excellent host. His concierge staff was also amazing to work with the place was lovely when we did have a couple of small issues. He was very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed and I would absolutely stay there again thank you Enrique.

Where do I even start? My friend and I stayed here for 9 days and we fell in love with Kent’s home. Best Airbnb ever. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view is a dream. We would watch the sunset while listening to music on the Sonos almost every night. Kent is by far the most welcoming, responsive, kind, and thorough host I’ve ever met with amazing local recs. The condo is designed beautifully. I loved how much character and charm there was. It’s on a hill, but we enjoyed walking up and down for extra exercise. But when we were tired, Ubers were quick and cheap (we are talking a few dollars from the romantic zone areas). There is also so much to do close by. The street below is a little noisy, but we didn’t care at all. I’m a super light sleeper and I didn’t mind. I even played my white noise through the Sonos! The curtains are also blackout. The beds are quite soft, but it was comfortable nonetheless. We cannot wait to stay again. I could go on and on.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Zona Romantica. You can walk to pretty much everything and the airport isn't that far away. My only nit pick is that I wish we didn't have to wait for the doorman to open up for us every time.

Amazing place with great pool for kids and steps away from the beach. We were also able to order food at home via room service which was very convenient when traveling with kids. Would love to stay here again!

The condo was beautiful and just as described! The amenities at the Sayan I day are wonderful and we enjoyed eating at the rooftop pool almost everyday. The staff is attentive. Jesus was wonderful, communicated with us throughout our stay and we would highly recommend this condo. The location is minutes from the Romantic Zone and you can walk or take a quick uber/taxi into town and be there within minutes. We really enjoyed the Amapas and Conchas Chinas beaches that were directly below the condo. Thank you for another memorable stay in PV! We will be back!

It was very pleasant to have stayed at the Airbnb, since we had all the comfort it offers and we could really enjoy the whole space since it invites you by itself. We definitely recommend it and would stay there again! :)))
