i really liked the location since it was easy to move to our point, the people around her super friendly we asked the shop next door and even dinner they made us the truth is a very peaceful place and very friendly with visitors, even they tell you that walks recommend you and the costs, I loved and could clearly go again. OJO the ROOM IN RENT IS not VERY BIG. But if you only look for it to sleep it is 10/10 the truth is that what you get there is people are too friendly and very helpful I loved it. See you soon

A very peaceful and pleasant place to rest after fourteen royal tour

Good place, it counts with asadores, several bathrooms, room complies with the necessary. Only one sign missing for parking access, it's not very clear. Thank you for your service, I recommend it.

The place is just as described. The instructions were clear and the host responded quickly to my messages. The area is very nice, with many small businesses, restaurants, music, shops, cafes and with super interesting architecture around.

We had a great time staying at Casa Praxedis. It's every bit as nice and charming as the photos! Laura was our main point of contact, and while we regrettably don't speak Spanish, we were able to communicate with translation apps and had no issues. It's in a prime location, just steps away from great restaurants, a nice little plaza, and the iconic Parroquia Santiago Apóstol. They even left snacks and water for us in the room, which was a nice touch. Our only complaint was that the beds were very firm, but that's just a personal preference. Otherwise, the room was perfect, very clean, and air conditioned (which was critical, since it was 90-100* F while we were there...!). Would absolutely stay again!

New spot in Monterrey’s historic center with a great setup—coworking space downstairs and well-appointed rooms and bathrooms upstairs. The finishes feel upscale and everything is clean and comfortable, from the beds to the shared facilities. Most rooms don’t have windows, so my only suggestion would be to include sunrise-simulating alarm clocks to help guests wake up more naturally. The option to store luggage until early afternoon after checkout is a thoughtful touch. I’d definitely stay again.

Excellent location, all clean and in good condition, the host provides clear directions to the operation of the place which made the stay much easier. In general, it leaves a good experience and I recommend it for those who are looking for a practical option at a good price and well located in the city

I had a great stay at this place. The area is very good, quiet and safe, with easy access to restaurants, shops and services. The place was clean, well equipped and as shown in the pictures. The communication with the host was clear and quick at all times. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Monterrey. Highly recommended!
