All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Salute is a beautiful country house built 12 years ago on a 24-hectare field located 2 km from the city of Nueva Helvecia. It has a 12x3 meter swimming pool with perimeter wiring for safety, ideal for swimming and a grill and wood oven area with shade for lunches. There is a ceiling fan in all rooms and an inverter air conditioner in the dining room. A fireplace in the living room and three Bosca wood-burning stoves in the bedrooms give warmth to the house.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Located in the quiet city of Nueva Helvecia, a colony of Swiss immigrants, just 17 km from the beach area, 50 km from Colonia del Sacramento and 120 km from Montevideo.

Alpine cabin in Fomento

Enjoy the tranquility and have a different kind of weekend at my alpine cabin, two blocks from the beach. Perfect to rest and enjoy nature. It offers a studio with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, air conditioning, TV, kitchen, minibar, microwave, linens, towels, and Wi-Fi. Outside, you will find a green space with a half-tank for enjoying the outdoors. Free parking on the property.

Santa Casa, historic neighborhood

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.

It is a house that is in a ranch, with a natural and wild setting, but with a well-kept space, beautiful to sit near the Ceibo tree to read and enjoy the sun and the birds. The area is well-kept, and has a boat or kayak ramp. You can swim in the river, but it's a good idea to use a float. It's the perfect place to spend a quarantine or a few days away from the city.
