Salute is a beautiful country house built 12 years ago in a field of 24 has located 2 km from the city of New Helvecia. It has a 12x3 meter pool with perimeter wiring for ideal swimming safety and a shaded grill and wood oven sector for lunches . There is a ceiling fan in all environments and a cold inverter air in the dining room. A home in the living room dining room and three wood-burning stove in the rooms give warmth to the house.

Santa Casa, barrio histórico

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.

It is a house that is in a ranch, with a natural and wild setting, but with a well-kept space, beautiful to sit near the Ceibo tree to read and enjoy the sun and the birds. The area is well-kept, and has a boat or kayak ramp. You can swim in the river, but it's a good idea to use a float. It's the perfect place to spend a quarantine or a few days away from the city.
