IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Los Alamos - country house

Los Álamos es una encantadora casa de campo con vistas espectaculares, para desconectar de la vorágine diaria y conectar con el descanso, la naturaleza y el disfrute. Construida a principios del siglo XX, renovada sin perder su esencia y con todas las comodidades para tu estadía. Está equipada para 12 personas, con cocina, estufa y horno a leña. También parrillero, y gran parque con piscina climatizada. Se ubica en la zona rural, entre la Ciudad de Juan Lacaze y el Balneario Artilleros.

Surrounded by native trees, the house is built with warm designer materials, double glazed openings with mosquito nets, wood heater, cold/heat air, it has a large open living-kitchen space, 1 en-suite bedroom (double bed) with exit to the deck, 1 bedroom with bed with cart (2 twin beds) and 2nd bathroom. Fiber optic Wi-Fi. Grill for 6 with utensils. Deckchairs to take to the beach. Parking space. No separate electricity charge.

Salute is a beautiful country house built 12 years ago on a 24-hectare field located 2 km from the city of Nueva Helvecia. It has a 12x3 meter swimming pool with perimeter wiring for safety, ideal for swimming and a grill and wood oven area with shade for lunches. There is a ceiling fan in all rooms and an inverter air conditioner in the dining room. A fireplace in the living room and three Bosca wood-burning stoves in the bedrooms give warmth to the house.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.
