Comfortable studio with everything needed to live, rest or work. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the main center of Yerevan. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.

The apartment is 46sqm, bright and welcoming. There is a comfortable large queen bed, a lovely kitchen and plenty of wardrobe space. A 24h self check-in is available, high-speed (200mb/s) wifi and all that will make your stay comfortable. We have a wonderful view of Mount Ararat too!
