We have created a house based on the concept of rest, the most important aspect of which is a pleasant, soothing and satisfying atmosphere of relaxation. We are located on the outskirts, away from the noise and hustle and bustle of big cities, in Cerkiewnik. This small, truly beautiful and natural village is surrounded by the Łyna valley and located on Lake Limajno.

A detached, year-round cottage, located at Nogata in Kępiny Wielkie 18D. The 2500 sqm property is fenced and beautifully landscaped. The cottage has a spacious living room and a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower, a toilet and a bidet, two separate bedrooms located on the first floor. The house has 3 independent air conditioners with the option of cooling the house as well as heating it in winter, 3 smart TVs with terrestrial TV and Wi-Fi with fast internet.

Our cottage, located in Lelkowo, is an ideal base for discovering the charms of Natangia, the historical name of this part of Warmia. We offer a wooden cottage, a wood-fired sauna, a garden hot tub with hydromassage and an apitherapy house. Lelkowo is located near the Green Velo bicycle trail, which attracts lovers of active cycling recreation. While traversing these routes, you can admire the picturesque landscapes, learn about the local flora and fauna, and discover traces of history.

The apartments offer comfortable conditions for your stay. Each is fully equipped with internet, a workstation, smartTV, coffee maker, and air conditioning. Each chair, armchair, and headboard were made or restored by the owners themselves. There is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds that can be connected.

Sobieszewska Island - a 50-meter apartment with a garden located 900 meters from a spectacular 11-kilometer beach, in a peaceful and quiet location, and at the same time 15 minutes by car from the center of Gdańsk. For a maximum of 5 people, in the bedroom you will find a bunk bed 140x200 plus a top 90x200 (up to 60kg), in the living room a sofa with a 140x200 Italian mattress. We recommend the apartment for couples and couples with children. Due to allergies, we do not accept pets.

Guests have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an additional toilet, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace and a BBQ. On the property, there is a pond with a jetty, a spacious sauna for larger groups (accommodating up to 22 people), and a hot tub with hydromassage for up to 8 people. For larger groups, the Small House can also be rented in addition.
