Modern ground floor apartment with access to a private fenced garden in the best area of Novo Sancti Petri (Cádiz in the South of Spain). Surrounded by Golf Courses and 5 minutes from the beach. Impressive sights. Newly renovated. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one in suite. Ideal for teleworking or Golf Holidays. We have a cot and a highchair for families. Large common gardens and swimming pools. Air conditioning (cold+hot) throughout the house + wifi to be able to telecommute.

Our stay was wonderful, from the first moment Noelia was very attentive to us. You can see the work and effort that both she and her husband put in to make everything perfect. The house was perfectly clean, everything very tidy and equipped, practically like new, cared for down to the smallest detail. He was always concerned that we were comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped and in a very good area. Cleanliness was impeccable. My kids loved the pool. Aitor was attentive to us at all times, from the day of the reservation until after check-out, resolving all our doubts and worrying that we would be at ease. We will miss breakfast on the terrace

Our stay was very good. The apartment is just like the pictures. Well-equipped and very clean. Mariola and her husband are very nice people. We gave some directions to restaurants to eat. They were aware of us. Our stays with them is to be repeated. Regarding the area, it is very quiet, no noise and very close to the beach. You are very close by a great variety of restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops... In conclusion, we will repeat if we go back to Chiclana.
