Es un apartamento tipo loft, íntimo y acogedor para disfrutarlo sólo vosotros, no hay más huéspedes, un lugar con mucha personalidad y encanto en medio de montañas y naturaleza, está situado dentro de una casa emblemática en el centro de Estamariu, un bonito pueblo del Pirineo Catalán a 20 minutos de Andorra. Si os gusta el cine en pantalla grande tenéis la posibilidad de disfrutar de tu película favorita en su sala de cine privada, el séptimo arte en el centro de un privilegiado entorno rural.

Gaudeix d'aquesta encantadora caseta de poble de muntanya. Tranquilitat, relax, esport i aventura. La casa esta distribuïda en 4 plantes cada una de 20 m2. La planta 1 té la cuina-menjador. Planta 2 la zona d'estar amb sofà gran convertible a dos llits individuals i lavabo de cortesia. Planta 3 s'hi troba l'habitació principal, amb llit de matrimoni i llit individual, sofà-llit individual i dutxa/lavabo. La planta 0, independent, és el chillout. Dóna al pati exterior i entrada principal.

Le Playras : grange de charme, vue panoramique

Bienvenu au Playras ! Venez vous ressourcer dans ce minuscule hameau, petit coin de paradis perché à 1100 m d altitude, orienté plein sud. Vue imprenable sur la chaîne frontalière espagnole. Ce hameau est composé d une quinzaines de granges anciennes toutes plus belles les unes que les autres, lui donnant un charme indéfinissable ! Le GR de Pays (tour du Biros) passe devant notre maison. Multiples randonnées possibles sans prendre votre voiture. Nous vous informerons volontiers !

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

If you want a getaway in nature, this is your ideal accommodation. It breathes tranquility: An ideal place to relax with your loved ones, with numerous trails to explore and located in a town in the Pyrenees. But if you are looking for activities, our area offers you numerous possibilities, near La Seu de Urgell, where you can go rafting, paragliding in the town of Organyà, and all the activities that Alt Urgell and of course Andorra offers. Precioso Granero en un valle & rio

El granero dispone de un salón comedor con cocina negra, una habitación con cama doble, altillo con dos camas y sofá cama en el salón. También tiene doble ducha con ventana para poder admirar la naturaleza mientras te duchas. Chimenea, piscina y rio. Y un entorno con un conjunto monumental formado por una iglesia románica con cripta, un cementerio modernista y poblado íber a 5min. Espectacular! A 5 min un restaurante rural y a 10 min el pueblo/ciudad.

The Borda de Costuix is located in the middle of the mountain, 4 km from Àreu, and at an altitude of 1723 meters. The cabin offers spectacular views of emblematic peaks such as Pica d'Estats or Monteixo. We live in a society where complexity has become a part of our lives. Time is passing, and we are moving forward. Basic things like tranquility and simplicity have been forgotten. However, here in this beautiful corner, you can listen to the silence.
