The accommodation is designed for a couple (2 guests) who love to travel at their own pace. The accommodation will provide both a place to relax and a space for a potential 'home office' in the form of a work area with a desk. You will feel at home. Please be aware of the additional charge for accommodating more than 2 guests – for short stays, it is possible to accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to the fold-out sofa bed, but please note that this is not a standard bed. PLEASE follow the rules and do not bring your pets (dogs/cats) with you. Thank you.

Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.
