It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. Sure! Tourist tax is not included and can be arranged with us (cash).

The retreat at the cottage Sončni Grič embraced by vineyards, forest and warbling birds will connect you with the nature and her healing powers. The Sončni Grič is located just a step away from highway exit Trebnje East.

It offers a beautiful view of the Kolpa River canyon, which allows for various sports that will make your vacation in this part of Slovenia even more enjoyable. We have equipped Villa Fani to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home. Pets are welcome with an additional charge of €5.00 per night, which is to be paid directly to us.

Od mora smo udaljeni 45 min vožnje automobilom. Preko dana se kupate u moru, a noću spavate u gorju na svježem zraku. Iza kuće nalazi se vrtna sjenica sa kaminom i priborom za roštilj +drva.
