Built in 2019, the house with all amenities is located in a valued summer area, in the middle of a pine forest. 1 km away from Roosta holiday village, where there is a restaurant, adventure park, outdoor bar, parking lot, public sandy beach. The house has a spacious and bright kitchen-living room, 2 separate bedrooms, a sauna front room, a shower room, a steam room and a toilet. In addition, on the second floor there is a room with a balcony with a separate entrance. Use of the hot tub for an additional fee (with prior notice, price and conditions by agreement).

Dream Corner Nordic is a guest house with exciting architecture in Laulasmaa, Estonia, completed in July 2022, Arvo Pärt Centre in the immediate vicinity. The house offers the opportunity to escape the city noise to enjoy the silence, peace, clean pine forest air and sea breeze. The surrounding forest offers opportunities for picking berries and mushrooms, toning cycling, morning and evening running or walking along the northwest coast.
