Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovan in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Cozy cottage with garden

I offer accommodation in a cozy cottage on the grounds of a South Bohemian farm in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, enjoy a quiet breakfast on a picnic blanket, a boat ride, and refresh yourself during the day under the solar shower or relax in the hamac overlooking the sunset. Newly you will also find a private wood-fired sauna – an ideal ritual for warming up your body throughout the day. In the evening, you'll be warmed up by a crackling fireplace or outdoor fire pit, while bats fly quietly overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Srub Cibulník

Do you want to unwind from the daily hustle and bustle and routine and relax or experience some adventure in nature? In our cabin in the seclusion of the forest, you can relax beautifully and completely switch off. You will not find electricity, Wi-Fi and a hot shower here, the cabin is unique in that you can fully blend in with nature and break away from all the conveniences of today. Due to its location, it is a great starting point for planning trips to the beautiful southwestern corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands near Telč.

Maringotka in Czech Canada

Our romantic caravan is hidden in a clearing in the woods. In 2019, we completed its renovation and would like to share its magic. In the caravan you will find all the comforts including running cold water, electricity, equipped kitchen, wifi with unlimited data, but above all you will find peace, quiet and privacy. Hide from the hustle and bustle of civilization in the heart of Czech Canada. The location is suitable for cycling, hiking, mushroom picking, there are cross-country trails and even one ski slope!

Cottage by the water

Chalet right by the pond with a large garden for great fun… swimming in the pond, boat rides, relaxation on the pier, garden bowling, croquet, petanque, badminton, net for volleyball, board games. The cottage has a large pergola with a grill, the possibility of grilling right by the water. There is another cottage on the property that serves as a shed. This building is not accessible. Yelena lakeside forest retreat

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Stylish cottage on the edge of Ratmířovský pond

New and equipped cottage with a covered veranda in a quiet place on the edge of the Ratmírovský pond. There's a small extension at the back of the cottage where you can hide your bikes. Inside there is a hob, kettle, built-in fridge, microwave, air conditioning/el. heating, TV. Fee per dog 150,- /night Around the cottage is a large grassy plot and a fence. Rosenburg Cottage with private garden sauna

Cozy cottage in the countryside - surrounded by forest, close to the river and ideal for a relaxing time out in the Kamptal. The immediate vicinity to Rosenburg and Burg Gars is ideal for guests who would like to combine their stay with a visit or work on the rich art and cultural events, e.g. the Burg Gars opera. A few minutes from the house, charming wine taverns invite you to enjoy regional wines and specialties. Cycling and hiking trails start right at the door!

Your whole family will relax in this quiet place to stay. Enjoy a carefree stay in beautiful nature in the heart of southern Bohemia. Bicycle path in front of the door, swimming and aquapark nearby, playground in the village square, tennis courts within reach. For history lovers, there are certainly many castles and chateaux in the area. Sightseeing flights are available at a nearby airport.

In our neighborhood, surrounded by pristine forests, you can pick mushrooms, blueberries or cranberries. Magical cycling trails will take you directly from the cottage along the traces of the region's history or to Austria.
