Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Norwich

This is our second visit in the Recycle House. It’s such a lovely oasis. We love all the unique touches and creative uses of materials throughout the house. The location just steps from the charming town of Chester could not be better. The perfect CT weekend getaway!

Cecilia was super friendly and easy to deal with, the house is amazing and stocked with anything you could need, she helped us out on very short notice with a place to stay when our home was under construction and even was able to reserve the house for us to have a short term rental for the following 4 months

What a wonderful stay! It truly is a bright and cheerful home. Eric thoroughly communicated all we needed to know before checking in. He was very responsive and made sure we had the best stay. We did! The home is in a quiet location but close enough to all that Mystic has to offer. It was impeccably clean and well stocked. We felt right at home as soon as we checked in. It is cozy, clean, comfy and we can’t wait to be back for another relaxing stay!

We were attending an event at Mohegan Sun which was very close by. House had many 'smart features' that we weren't successful in figuring out, and other than one vanity that didn't get swept under (likely a house cleaner oversight), the house was super clean. Strong wifi. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/silverware/pans for what we needed. Personally I appreciated/loved having a large EMPTY fridge without other people's food/condiments left in it (which is an annoyance that I find in many rentals). House was bright and kit/baths/flooring were updated & modern. Beds were very comfortable, tons of outlets even on nightstands. Driveway is a bit narrow and street is well traveled which makes it a tad tricky to back out onto, and lawn needed mowing, but actual location was very convenient to most everything. Didn't have to go far to find anything (package store, restaurant, gas, Dunkin, etc). No long checklist to do when we vacated (yay!) Host was very responsive.

We had a great stay while in town for a family wedding. The house had everything we needed for our family, which included two toddlers and a dog. The deck was a great feature and they even had extras for pets (like a dog bed) at the home. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at Stan's house. The house itself was lovely, the backyard was great, and the beds were very comfortable. It was very kid friendly and had toys and books that my toddler enjoyed. the location was great and we loved being walking distance to the seaport and downtown. We also appreciated the snacks waiting at the Airbnb after a long travel day. Would be happy to stay again in future!

This house was fantastic! We felt right at home. It was immaculately clean and well appointed. Everything you could possibly think of was right at our fingertips . The location is perfect. Everything Mystic is steps away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a family or friend trip in a great place. And Sheri Ann was very quick to respond to any questions. We’ve stayed in many places and this was undoubtedly the best. 5 Stars.

We had a wonderful family stay a this home to visit some local kid attractions including the aquarium. Hope is a fantastic host - great communication, friendly and accommodating. The house itself was roomy for our group. It was clean and very well appointed with all the basics you need to be comfortable. The four king sized beds was really nice. No fighting over rooms! Our kids enjoyed the chalk and bubbles that were left outside and playing in the yard. The deck is also a nice space although we didn’t get to use it due to weather. I would definitely recommend this home.

What a beautiful place! We needed accommodations for our family as we attended our daughter’s graduation. This place was perfect . Plenty of space and we had everything we needed . We didn’t want to leave .

The pool house is so cute and the outdoor patio is gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Great place to stay if you want to stay near New Haven but also want to enjoy quiet away from the city. Sue is a responsive and very generous host!

Highly recommend Patrick and Monica’s location. You feel right at home when you walk! The pool and patio views are breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable. Patrick was super responsive to my messages regarding restaurants.

Fabulous property, lots of peace and quiet in a pastoral setting. Being able to interact with the horses and cows was the highlight of our stay! The pool was clean and so nice and refreshing, perfect for taking a dip after a day of sightseeing in the area. Lots of coffee shops and ice cream shops nearby, something for everyone in the family! The host was very communicative and helpful. A 10/10 experience and we definitely would return!

This house was PERFECT for us - four women returning to their college for their 45th reunion. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was extremely comfortable. Carlos was responsive and helpful. We would definitely return to this house.

Very beautiful

My sister, dog and I stayed at the cottage for the weekend and had a great experience! Erika is a wonderful host and the property is beautiful. The cottage itself was exactly as pictured. Breakfast in the inn, cooked with natural and organic ingredients, is an absolute must. The location of the inn is great as well, with direct access to the Lantern Hill trail (which our dog loved) and only a short drive from downtown. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The bedrooms were super cozy, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook a few meals. The host, Alexis, was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and clear instructions. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, but still close to great restaurants, shops, and public transit. I especially loved the view from the back deck. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’d absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I had a lovely time staying for the weekend. Walking through the working barn up to the beautiful loft area was a really fun experience. We loved the view from the back deck and the bathroom was really amazing. They have done an amazing job with this place and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

The place is a mobile home on a large property. It is well equipped, with nice towels and a nice bed. There was coffee and a dozen eggs (which I imagine were fresh, but I didn't eat them so I can't say for sure -- it was, however, a nice touch!). The place overlooks a lush field, and the day I spent there, it poured like crazy and it was lovely to see and watch the field get soaked. The view was fantastic. My one complaint is that the cleaning fee was $100. That seems too high to me. Based on my experience, a fee of 60-75$ would be more in alignment for a place like this. Other than that, it is a lovely space and well-maintained. P.S. There was very little soap in the bathroom. Fortunately I had a bar soap in my travel pack.

Beautiful surroundings, a lovely, authentic home that lived up to the description. There was so much quiet space to truly relax and spend time with friends - all of our party had a great stay. Thank you for your clear instructions, great communication and easy process at every step of the way! Pros: the walking trails, the rope swing, the comfy beds, big TVs and spacious rooms Cons: maybe a few more cooking utensils, pans, etc? it's a great kitchen otherwise!
