A perfect vacation getaway located in Saman Villas, a safe and lush area of St. Croix, USVI. Close to towns on either side of the island, amazing restaurants, grocery stores, and surrounded by nature! There are tennis/pickle ball courts and two pools open year round in our neighborhood.

Guest suite is attached to a private home that sits alone on top of a hill with 360 degree views. Private entrance with queen size bed, a/c, kitchenette, coffee maker and full private bath. Outdoor table for 2 to have coffee in the morning or an afternoon refreshing drink while watching the beautiful Senepol cows graze in the neighboring pasture. Mornings you can often see the cowboys riding in the distance checking the cattle. The ranch was featured on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern.

Hilltop Gem, Renowned

Situated on a hillside area, the rental boasts a breathtaking view of St. Croix. Except for occasional noise from distant areas, the area is typically very quiet. It is a one-of-a-kind setting where individuals can unwind/work without interruption. Notably, special discount is offered to Soldiers/Mil Ret/Vets, & Ret Guests. Teachers/Emer Svc Workers are also welcome. For 15+ days stay, an add’l discount or “Free” laundry access will be available. Guest will make the choice upon arrival.

Frederiksted Beach Cottage

Our Frederiksted guest cottage is located across the street from the beach, walking distance to Rainbow Beach, and only a mile from Frederiksted center. You buy the airfare and rent the car, we've got you covered when you arrive. Our cottage offers all the amenities, including fresh Caribbean breezes (or a/c), comfortable king size bed, outdoor (or inside) shower and gardens, fully appointed kitchen, beach chairs and cooler, BBQ grill, full kitchen, & a wrap-around porch.
