The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The cottage is located next to world-class coastal walking and bike tracks that showcase our magnificent coastline. Unique Bangalow Mudbrick Cottage on a lovely farm.

The Muddy (as it is affectionately known) is a lovely place to stop for a weekend , week or even longer. This converted mud brick farm shed offers complete tranquility with high-end design and furnishing. The Muddy offers a lovely one bedroom sanctuary with ensuite bathroom (with indoor shower) full kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and a large lounge with leather couches, TV and relaxing ambiance. Outside you'll find a BBQ, a dining table and amazing outdoor shower. All overlooking a dam.

This beautiful little cottage is located on the property of 'Hidden Valley Estate' in South Grafton. It is self-contained with a separate entrance, bi-passing the main house. Inspired by French-Country decor, this little cabin certainly creates an atmosphere of relaxation among the gum trees. It is an open plan bedroom/bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Air-con with a comfy queen bed, storage chest and open shelves for your belongings. There is also a microwave, tea and coffee facilities.

Frida's Field Cottage

MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Rosewood River Cottage...Thora, Bellingen

A rainforest cottage set in 25 acres on the Rosewood River, about 16 ks from Bellingen off the Waterfall Way. The river is a magical place for swimming , connecting with nature or just relaxing. Its a place for just being in the moment. We adjoin the Gondwana World Heritage area and Dorrigo National Park, where the river begins it journey. The cottage is next to the main house where I live.
