Welcome to Gualo Rai Guesthouse! Our accommodation is in an ideal location close to the centre of Saipan, but in a quiet residential area where you can enjoy the tranquillity. It is located in a very safe area, surrounded by the sea on one side and mountains on the other, providing a beautiful and peaceful environment. The accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen, a free washing machine in the building, and the fastest Wi-Fi in Saipan. Just a few minutes by car, you can find everything you need, including a petrol station, coin-operated laundry, restaurant, and supermarket. In addition, it is only a 10-minute walk to the beautiful beach, making it an ideal place for short- and long-term guests. When you go to a distant place, you can usually visit many tourist attractions by taking a local taxi or renting a car.

The house, which was designed and built by the indigenous people of Rota and has been living for a long time, is located on the beach road in the Teneto area of SongSong Village, so you can always enjoy the beautiful scenery of Rota in the morning and evening, and you can also be with the pouring starlight at night. Car or Taxi recommended. “The scenery is breath taking! So clean & safe I was able to see the sun set & rise through the sliding doors & the endless sea. It's definitely a 10/10 you won't find a private place like this for the price. I slept at peace. I even booked an extra night just because it was that peaceful.
