Ines Guest House is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the Kyrenia Gate and only a seven-minute walk from the stunning Selimiye Mosque. It's right in the heart of Nicosia's Old City Centre, so you'll have everything you need right to hand! Mrs. Fatma was always so kind and helpful, and she put our minds at ease straight away. I know the building looks old, but I promise you'll love the interior architecture! It's beautifully balanced, with a lovely mix of rustic and modern styles. The kitchen is really spacious and has everything you need, and it's super close to the terrace, so you can enjoy eating outside whenever you like. The air conditioning in the room is really quiet and it cools the room down quickly and thoroughly, even at the lowest setting. Thank you so much for opening such a lovely home that provides a welcome break from the muggy summer weather.

Excellent quality-price ratio. Clean and cosy place with a very pleasant atmosphere. Conveniently located next to a big park and within walking distance to the city center. The host Andy was very friendly and helpful.

Great and calm place at the very center of an old town in a rustic environment. I was looking for something different than my usual environment and this was a great fit. It was fun to go on little walks in the town, starting directly from the doorstep. The hosts were very friendly and always open to a conversation.

I had an amazing experience staying at Andy’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown, and local restaurants. Andy was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay, providing great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt im Flor Guest house. Unsere Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten früher einchecken und auch später auschechecken. Zudem hat sie uns ein Taxi organisiert, für unsere weiter Reise. Der Garten ist einfach nur wunderschön und mit viel liebe hergerichtet. Das leckere Frühstück durften wir immer dort einnehmen. Das Zimmer war schön und funktional. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist nur die lärmige Kerichtabfuhr, die wochentags frühmorgens kommt. Unsere Gastgeberin hatte uns aber schon vorgewahrnt. Einfach gesagt, ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ein perfekter Ort um den nördlichen Teil der Stadt zu erkunden.

Konumu çok güzel bir sokakta. Bayram olduğu için sanırım kapıya astık ama oda temizliği yapılmadı. Su ısıtmayla ilgili sorun yaşadık ama hızlıca açıkladılar. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Great place to stay! I felt at home as soon as I arrived, and I was welcome by a lovely cat by the door! The place is tidy and clean and offer a beautiful small terrasse to enjoy a drink or your breakfast. it's very peaceful and quite at night.

Vi havde et dejligt og afslappet ophold. Elenis familie er utroligt gæstfrie og imødekommende. Der er ikke det store at lave i nærområdet, men vi nød naturen og stilheden, samt poolen i den skønne have.

Thank you for our lovely stay, we felt right at home. The garden is beautiful and we could tell a lot of time and effort had been put into it as well as the building. The stone build property hd character and was cool for the warmer weather! There are lovely cafes nearby and got some nice nearby food recommendations for dinner.

Appartamento pulito e comodo. Host gentilissimi, disponibili e proattivi nel risolvere qualsiasi problema. Abbiamo avuto un problema di salute e ci hanno aiutati. Consigliatissimo!

Ich war hier für eine Woche wegen einem Workshop am Cyprus Institute. Dafür war die Unterkunft wunderbar. Das Institut war zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Innenstadt konnte man entweder zu Fuß (~1h) oder mit dem Bus kommen. Die Unterkunft war genau wie angegeben und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Mehmet es muy buen anfitrión, responde muy rápido y te ayuda cuando lo necesitas. El apartamento es bonito, limpio y tranquilo, yo repetiría sin duda.
