“The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. We (4 adults) felt right at home there. The view over the fjord to Akureyri is magnificent and there are also nice excursions in winter - we were even lucky enough to see the northern lights from the living room through the large panoramic windows ..! But the icing on the cake is the generously dimensioned "hot pot": a private "wellness oasis" right in front of the house! Those who are not afraid of the long journey in the north of Iceland are in good hands with Gunnar. We didn't get to know him personally, but communication by email was quick and easy (including self check-in). I can absolutely recommend this place!”
