Drive past the host's house a bit down a maintained gravel road and you're there! Around the pond you'll find a peaceful sitting area under our pergola, a covered pier with a fan to keep it breezy, and a fishing pier to enjoy some catch and release fishing! Plus you'll have your own campfire sites complete with firewood!

Howdy! Welcome to Aggieland's Cozy Cabin. This warm atmosphere is a great place to kick back and relax. Only fifteen to twenty minutes from Kyle Field, and seven miles from Messina Hof Winery, you have best of both worlds. A private entrance with a carport will give you freedom to come and go. There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

We gave the wood new life for many years to come. We hope you take time to notice the character of the wood and enjoy. NO PETS ALLOWED. Owners live on property. Travel time to Kyle Field is 35-40 depending on gameday traffic the closer you get to College Station.
