Holiday rentals with a patio in North York

Perfectly located and so easy to get around! The place is just as described and very clean and comfortable. So many little items also included to make it even more like home.

Wendy's place is super comfortable and quiet since it's on the high floor of an apartment building. It is safe and secure with some restaurants nearby, within 7-minute walk, if you don't feel like driving somewhere for meals sometimes. She is super friendly and gave us a lot of local recommendations such as restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. The location is ideal if you are interested in some day tours. Her place is across the street from Hilton Markham where we simply walked over and hopped on the tour bus, visiting the Niagara Falls one day. She communicated with us promptly prior to and during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. Great job Wendy!

Great place to stay. Everything matched the description. You get the whole floor to yourself. Overall clean and comfortable. Bathroom is a bit small but still manageable. Will definitely stay again here in the future.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Ilyia’s place. She was very responsive and really tried to accommodate all our requests. The basement is spacious and the kitchen is lovely. I also really appreciate the painting that she made for our daughter. Thank you Ilyia! Few things I would comment is that the hot tub isn’t very clean. Lotss of dirt and leaves floating which we cleaned before use but we also found a bunch of hair at the bottom of the tub. The backyard chairs and table also need some cleaning. The bedsheets and blankets smelled musty/old which I don’t mind but my kids tend to smell everything and a bit bothered. However overall, we had a fun birthday weekend and I still give it a 5 star. Perfect for small event/gathering. Thanks again Ilyia and Larissa!

This was the most incredible Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Super flexible check in and check out, so thoughtful with lots of snacks laid out and nespresso machine, soda stream, Amazon Alexa, Netflix etc access, washer dryer, beautiful balcony…the list goes on and on! All of these thoughtful touches made the place truly feel like home even if just for a couple of days. Could not recommend this place more!

Great location and easy access to the subway. Appreciate having access to the gym and the unit was clean and comfortable. More cups, glasses and having wine glasses would be ideal but minor.

Alissa et Mike étaient très accueillants et réactifs à nos messages. Le logement était très mignon, parfait pour un couple ou une petite famille. Il était propre et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour. Situé un peu loin du centre-ville à pied, les déplacements étaient toutefois très facile en autobus et en métro.

We loved our stay here. The location is lovely - the house is in a nice, peaceful and upscale neighborhood. It is very spacious, and we felt right at home. We loved sitting out on the patio enjoying the nice summer weather. The host was also very flexible and allowed us to check-out late. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Ali Reza was a great host, kind, responsive, and accommodating. The unit was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen, a nice sitting area, separate bedroom, bathroom, and laundry unit. It also walks out onto a nice green space in the back convenient for relaxing. I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting to be in the Markham/Thornhill neighbourhood while in Toronto.

Super clean and spacious. Felt like I was at a home away from home

Nima’s place was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Brand new fully renovated felt like a high-end hotel. All the appliances were amazing. The beds were so comfortable. The space for my family was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay at Julie, who is the property manager is the best I’ve ever dealt with response time is amazing and I’ve never met a more proactive host who cared about their client stay the way that Julie did. No question was too much. No request couldn’t be handled. I would highly recommend to anyone they stay at this location.

Amirali’s place was sooo great. We travel with our kids and they always bring a friend so we needed a big enough place to stay and this place was just perfect. It was so large and beautiful and had everything we needed. I have no complaints at all about this place and would happily stay again.

The apartment even though it was a basement apartment, was large, roomy, nice & bright, the kitchen was well stocked. The pictures represented exactly what they offered. And was very elegantly furnished. The host was very communicative & responsive. The area was good and close to amenities. The stay was wonderful and very comfortable! The house was very close to the subway, I’m sure that it could possibly be of walkable distance, but because of the cold, we took a short Uber ride there which for 4 people was cheaper than taking the bus anyways.

Yifeng was very responsive with his messages and always helpful, checking in with messages to me to make sure I was ok and didn’t need anything. Very friendly and courteous.

Fariba’s place is in a great location. The apartment is clean with a functional layout. Communication is not an issue, Fariba answered promptly when I had minor issues checking in. With so many lock boxes, it took some time to locate the correct one. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Fariba’s apartment again.

Staying at Stephanie’s was amazing. It was a great location from the airport and the local station. Close to a supermarket for food and essentials. The host was extremely helpful with a fantastic information pack provided upon arrival with everything you need to know about the apartment and the local area. It was a very clean apartment. Beautiful views and very affordable with great value for money. I would recommend staying at this accommodation to anyone visiting Toronto. I will be coming back here for sure. Very nice condo and pictures are accurate. Cato and Annie are very responsive and accommodating. Common area in the condo is lovely too - beautiful outdoor space and gym facilities.

Clean and tidy place. Great location in terms of transportation. Many choices of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Safe and peaceful.
