Roxannes at Derby - Set on 3 acres.

Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall. A recently completed extension has added 2 Large Bedrooms with views of the lavish hills, the property faces north catching the sun. Set on 3 acres gives it a real country living feeling while only 7 mins walk to the Dorset Hotel and 5 min ride to the Trail Head.

Our newly-renovated cottage is located half way between Derby and Weldborough, about a ten minute drive to both destinations. The property is peaceful and quiet , surrounded by hilly pastures and direct access to a fully fenced native forest with a few MTB trails for a short ride (Kersbrook Stash) and other areas for walks. It is great for couples, MTB riders and specially families because Minishredders Babysitting Service is just next door.

Mannaburne is a family home on 12 acres in the North East region of Tasmania. The Cabin has a separate bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, and living area. The shack, sleeps 8 with 2 queen beds and 4 single beds this is an ideal space for family's or a group of friends. With a large wood-fire, it’s ideal for winter getaways. Strictly outdoor animals are open for negotiation.
