Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in North Salt Lake

Great spot to spend a few days at in Salt Lake.

My stay was wonderful—clean and comfortable accommodations made it a great experience. Parking was a bit challenging due to construction, but the back lot was a convenient alternative.

One of our favorite places we've stayed with Air BnB. Really can't say enough good stuff about the experience. Jennifer was wonderful. She took some time to chat with us and suggested we ride on Antelope Island, which ended up being such a treasure. The house and especially the kitchen was thoughtfully set up for actual use so were able to cook, make coffee and tea etc. The yard was lovely with flowers and a veggie garden in the back. The location ended up being a block from my son's place, which was great, but I love The Avenues in SLC anyway-- quiet, good location, close to trails for hiking and mountain biking, good walking up and down those hills.

This apartment was located in a great location, the hosts were responsive, and had a great time. Highly recommend!

Lovely studio in downtown SLC. Hosts were friendly and had clear simple check in and out instructions. I would stay again next time I’m in Utah.

Great space. Very homey and interestingly decorated. Street parking was easy and plentiful. Was wonderful to have access to a washer/dryer. Very close to downtown.

A lovely spot in a fantastic, walkable location with good transit access AND a secure parking garage. Check-in was a bit complicated, but the provided instructions were very clear and communication was great overall.

Comfy place to stay for our duration, it is on a busy street area so there is road traffic noise. Turn the bedroom A/C on and it’ll cxl it out for sleeping.

Lovely, clean, with a beautiful park and playground across the street for the kids. Bobbi is a gracious and accommodating host. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved our stay, felt very comfortable, had everything we needed there. Erin was quick to respond, and very friendly. Space was much larger than expected. Would definitely stay again.

We booked Joel’s home last minute, and boy am I glad I did. The house was very roomy, clean and welcoming. We had a soccer tournament 10 min from the house it was very convenient for us. The grocery store was right down the street, along with some local eateries. We were 15 min from downtown. In between games we would go back and relax and the kids had so many games to choose from. He had a wide selection of games for kids and families to play. The living room downstairs was very big so everyone could hangout and watch a movie. We definitely enjoyed our stay. If we are ever in the area again I will definitely be booking. Thank you Joel for being so responsive and your hospitality.

This little place packed a huge punch in terms of location as well as provided amenities. The gated parking was fantastic and helped me feel safe about my belongings in unfamiliar surroundings. The little coffee shop nearby was super cute too. The inside of the unit was well put together and felt cozy! I would absolutely stay here again!

Adrian’s place was a true Salt Lake City staycation find. The home was big, beautiful, and so thoughtfully designed. You truly feel like a celebrity staying here. The neighbor hood was quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the capital which was a beautiful place for walking my dogs. Excited to stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like laundry detergent, nice decor and renovation inside, and labeled items around the house. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house was impeccable, the facilities were beautiful, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was impeccable, I would definitely stay there again, we had a very happy weekend.

Chris was a great host! Extremely communicative early on and during our trip. The location of the condo is super convenient and has an incredible view! It was easy to get to the pool, canyons resort plaza and parking garage. The Westgate Lodge is big and easy to get lost in, but the location of this particular condo was super easy to find. The only thing I’ll note is that the condo had a weird smell when we arrived, but we found an air freshener and that did the job. Love this condo and will be back again.

Great home base and amenities. Right across the street from the delicious breakfast and coffee place Vosen's Bread Paradise too. Public transit is close by and everywhere we wanted to go was a ten minute or less Lyft ride away.

Jennifer’s place was a great location for us. Walkable to some great restaurants and convention center. Unfortunate the elevator was down with 2 young kids but we made it work! Floors and bathrooms could’ve been cleaned better and place needs a good dusting otherwise it was clean. Would recommend anyone staying here to bring their own sound machine! It is very noisy at night as mentioned. Never felt unsafe staying here, but there is quite a bit of homeless population in the area. Overall, we would stay again.

I love this place!! When I walk in it feels like I am home! So convenient to the train and convention center! I will always stay here!

My husband and I are on a road trip and this was our first time in Salt Lake City. Rebecca’s place was perfect for us. She had parking for our rental car. We were able to walk to restaurants and a bakery across the street. Also walkable to Temple Square and the stop to get on our local tour. Her place was very clean and spacious. Clear detailed check-in and check-out instructions. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is lovely and Elizabeth’s communication was fantastic. The area is very walkable with shopping and restaurants close by. The condo was very clean and the entry by code was so convenient. As others mentioned it is somewhat noisy (particularly the unit above) but Elizabeth provided ear plugs and a noise machine for sleeping, which was appreciated. I would stay again and recommend!
